Exceeded expectations! Room: 2 twin bed room was very large for Tokyo. Enough space to open luggage. No closet, but there is a rail with hangers and a bookshelf you can put some stuff on. Side tables did not have storage either. Decent size bathroom, could do with a bit more counter space if being not picky. Robe and slippers provided in room. Skin care amenities in lobby. Staff: Friendly and knowledgeable. English speaking. Kept common area spotless. Lobby dining area - Great to have. Guests can bri by food back and eat in dining room. Be courteous and clean up after yourself. You can even cook. Croissant coffee and juice available in the mornings. One of the evenings had pop of event with music from dj book and food! Hip vibe, much better than traditional hotel. Perfect location. Easy walk to metro, 5 minutes. Even though in Shinjuku, never felt too crowded or noisy. Pharmacy within 2 minutes. Lawson and 7-11 within 5 minutes. About 10 minute walk to airport bus. Plenty of restaurant choices. Zero complaints. Would stay there again.
