Our second stay in one year; really appreciate the staff and amenities. Concierge would be better if more pro avtive. Excelent choice for a Tokyo’s staying.

Excellent service nothing was too much. Went above and beyond, only negative it was not very walkable to some of the busier parts of Tokyo.

Great hotel next to the prime minister’s house and other government buildings. Good views from rooms, which are all in mostly high floors. Very comfortable beds, very new, great bathroom. Shower in our room had window with a view as well. Minibar was well stocked. Japanese restaurant was quite good, though not amazing. But price was appropriate. Breakfast offering was really good too. Both Japanese and buffet options.

We just finished our 4 night stay here (family of 4) and loved everything about this hotel. The amenities are outstanding and the staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and professional. There is a subway station directly below the hotel providing easy train access to all the sights around the city and the hotel is in a wonderful area. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

The hotel was wonderful nice and very clean. However there was not a sign to place on the door to reject room cleaning. They showed up in the evening once while I was out to dinner and I entered my room and they were in there cleaning when I didn’t need it nor want it. I asked for them to stop, and that I thanked them and said it was not needed. They came another time and I just let them as they are very persistent. I know why now. Because they charge for it. I didn’t need room cleaning the whole entire time. I am eco friendly. When I checked out I was charged two times for it even the time that I actually rejected them and told them not to continue. I needed an extension cord for my firestick and I was loaned one which was great. I love the shower and the bathtub and the view. 2 of the the 3 nights that I was there there was thumping/banging from the room above me about 1am one night and 10:30pm the other night. Overall my stay was great. I do wish there was an option to decline room cleaning, there was only a sign to request room cleaning, which I never put out so they should never have entered.

I loved this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with brilliant amenities and a great bathroom. Beds were comfy. The pool and gym were very good (warning to parents - under 18yo not allowed). There were 4 subway lines directly connected to the hotel so getting to other parts of Tokyo was easy. The surrounding area is quiet but with convenience stores and eating options within walking distance. The bar had a nice ambience with good cocktails. The only negative - buffet breakfast is very expensive and not worth the money.

We used to stay at Ginza. But we decided to have a change this time and stay at Capitol Hotel Tokyo. What a hidden gem! The area is much more quiet than Ginza and has more spectacular view. It is very conveniently linked to Tokyo subway via underground walkway. Ours is a beautifully decorated modern Japanese style room. Overall, we love this place and will surely come back!

We enjoyed the VIP check-in experience in the lounge, it was a great way to start the stay. The property was well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Plenty of great breakfast options and everything was fresh and well-prepared. We wish we had gotten an upgrade since our 11-year-old was with us and there were only 2 twin-size beds together. In the end, we made it work. Overall, an amazing property and will definitely stay there again!

Fantastic location (directly connected to the subway system) High quality property and service One suggestion - allow kids in the pool between 9am-5pm or something like that. The pool is basically empty of Residence owners / adults all day long.

The hotel is quite accessible, as it has a subway station underneath the hotel. There are restaurants in walking by distance that said the hotel is near government buildings so it felt like the area catered to this crowd. Definitely felt that the hotel was overpriced for the quality of the rooms and amenities that we received. The buffet was subpar and the views from the room fell short from what was advertised. The staff did do an amazing job catering to our requests and needs, more specifically the concierge was excellent in providing recommendations on things to do and everyone else made us feel welcomed to the hotel overall - that said this was in aligned with expectations of the Japanese hospitality that we experienced everywhere else during our trip.

Fantastic service and very comfortable hotel. Easily access the subway via the basement of the building. Excellent breakfast and easy checkin/out. Highly recommend the Premier Corner King for the amazing bathroom and views. The shower was unbelievable.
