One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! Will definitely book to stay here again. Excellent location, good sized room for a family of 5, walking distance to transport, shops and tourist attractions, excellent onsen, laundry facilities and very friendly/helpful staff. We loved everything!

We got given a room that didn’t match the description of what we had booked. I spoke to the front desk staff - it took a while for them to understand and then they got their shift manager. He offered us an upgrade which we understood could accomodate a family of 5. When we got to the room, the beds weren’t big enough for us all so my husband and I shared a single bed and hardly slept. I feel the descriptions and photos of the rooms should match what is actually available.

We really enjoyed the traditional Japanese experiences within this hotel. Convenience stores were close by and we were within walking distance to 3 train stations. The Ueno park being across the road was absolutely perfect for the full bloom of the Cherry blossoms. We didn’t realise how good a position the hotel was in until several tour guides told us we must visit Ueno park for the blossom!

The deluxe family room is exactly as pictured and the view of Ueno park each sunny spring morning was magical. I would stay in room 810 again and again. Staff were helpful, plenty of shopping, food and several train stations within a 5 minute walk. Hotel is new and beautiful. The extra space for a family of 4 made the two week trip comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better room/hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this brand new property. I was traveling with a disabled family member, and the staff (particularly Do and Daiki) went above and beyond to make sure her stay was comfortable. The location is perfect, across the road from Ueno Park and a short walk to shops and multiple JR and subway stations. Although the area at the back of the hotel is slightly seedy, you can always avoid it by going through the main entrance. The room was spacious, and the kitchen was very convenient. Having access to the top floor Onsen, with views of Ueno Park, was also particularly welcome after a long day. Highly recommended.
