Few blocks away from Tokyo St, the room is outdated for its surprisingly high price. Not worth the money to get wet in rain, better access hotel is available than this 4 story old hotel.

It's quite conveniently located. The property, however, is not befitting of the Marriott brand name. The rooms were sparsely furnished and paled in comparison to the Osaka counterpart. E.g., no bathroom scale, no back-rub towel.

Courtyard by Marriott Tokyo Station is located within a 5 minute walk to Tokyo Station (shinkansen) and a 2 minute walk to Kiyobashi Station (local subway). The hotel is very clean and larger than it looks. The lobby area is quite nice, and I wish I took advantage of it a lot more as there is a nice mini-cafe/reading room set up. This is by no means a large property, but it's location is central. For those who demand a little more comfort than the standard business hotel, Courtyard by Marriott fits the bill quite nicely. For a small fee, they helped me ship my large extra luggage to the next hotel when I returned to Tokyo from my three week trip. Highly appreciated their help. Take advantage of the bath salts they provide!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was super clean and within walking distance to Tokyo Station. Thrle breakfast was also excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Near tokyo station, hotel is small but nice
So the location is a little bit further from tokyo station than i thought, but it is located right next to the subway so that is a plus. Also the hotel is the first 4 stories of the entire building so don't expect the best views. We picked this location mainly because it is central to the shinkansen and also the east side of tokyo, something less chaotic than the west side. Close to shopping at akihabara, ginza, and you can take the chuo line to shinjuku, this hotel is convenient. Like most places in tokyo, the room is quite small, but nothing you can do about it as other hotels will be the same. The place was clean, quiet for the most part (although you can hear things in the hallway once in a while), and the staff was nice and amazing. I am sure there are more hotels closer by but if you want a hotel that is known internationally, then this is not a bad place to choose for the price.

Hotel is conveniently located at the end of the Yaesu corridors of Tokyo Station and a block from the Kyobashi Station. Staff was very helpful and most spoke English. Room was clean with space to have luggage available. No drawers for clothing so needed to have luggage accessible. Desk chair was nice, but did not have wheels so working at the desk required moving the chair. Otherwise nice, comfortable hotel.

控えめに言っても素晴らしいサービスで、ビジネスとバケーションで1ヶ月に10日は都内を含めた各地ホテルに滞在しますが、思わずコメントしてしまいました。 五つ星のホテルで手厚いサービスを受けるのは当たり前ですが、五つ星のホテルよりも快適だなと思えるサービスでした。 スタッフの皆さんの対応はどの方も素敵だなと思いました。

Excellent Location & Friendly Staff
Location is excellent with many nice restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable and clean with a cool "Library" lobby to work in. The front staff is all very friendly with free coffee and local recommendations. You can also walk to the bus station to get to Narita Airport for only ¥1, 000 or talk a train anywhere in the city!

A pleasant clean hotel, within easy reach of Tokyo Station - although not straight forward to find in my opinion. However, now I know where it is I would use it again.

The location was only 5 -7 mins walk from Tokyo station so was great for one night stop. The room was small but we expected that in Tokyo. What we didn't expect was a dirty carpet in the room. It badly needed steam cleaned or replaced. And one chair in a double room for two seemed to lack thought. Check-in was very smooth and staff were great.

Excellent hotel in excellent location: short stroll to Tokyo Station and Ginza shopping areas. Staff very helpful in writing locations in Kanghi for cab drivers and in offering general tourist advice. Very clean. Everything worked from the plumbing to the Toto toilet seat/bidet.

Very nice hotel near Tokyo Station
I was pleasantly surprised by the room size. Staff was great and spoke perfect English. Breakfast is good, but pricey if not included in room rate.

Easy access from Tokyo Station N’EX, and Ginza Subway subway stop across street. Grocery store next to hotel, Family Mart 1 block away, Starbucks 1 block away. Hotel does have laundry service. The bed was wonderful. Room was super clean. Room is like a standard Japanese Business Hotel, not like a Western Hotel sizewise. My only issue with hotel was internet connectivity was not strong enough for Skype Calls, however all other business needs worked fine with thier bandwidth. Overall a great hotel.

Great location, walking distance to Tokyo Station and Ginza area. Location was quiet at night. Great nearby restaurants. Hotel staff was great and helpful. Hotel lobby being on 4th floor is odd, but hotel staff was great in helping us manage our baggage and connection to airport.
