The cleaning crew is very nice and friendly. there is a little kitchen with refrigerator but no plates,knives or forks! The breakfast is variety of food especially China origin traditional food! We have a great weekend, will come again!

Quality hotel with on site restraunt and bar, smoking area outside in a garden. Several small chique shops, they will assist you with whatever you need

Needs updating

Spa very dirty rooms too hot impossible to cool down, tired and in need of new decor. General service excellent especially the breakfast and attentiveness.

Renaissance Hotel, TEDA, Tianjin area

Stayed here for 5 weeks in total. Good hotel, nice comfy rooms. Good food and service - try the buffet which includes local drinks. Or just up the road there is a row of 4 western type bars. Jacky's for food (best fish n Chips in China!), and Wei Ha next door for drinks and atmosphere. The local area is a little sterile, but quiet and safe, and walking distance for anything you could need. Easy to get further around as taxis plentiful and cheap in TEDA. Just wave one down with a red light on in the front screen.

Best in the New Binhai Area

This is a great hotel. Check in was pleasant and quick. Our room was spacious and spotless. The staff were all kind and helpful. It's in a great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. I highly recommend to this hotel.

An impressive hotel

The bed was very soft. I've been able to get the most honey sleep. The breakfast was excellent also, and most of all, the receptionist was so kind.

予約時はゴルフビュー（向かいのゴルフ場が見える部屋）となっていたが、実際はゴルフビューではなく、シティビューの部屋だった。まぁ、どちらでもよかったので特に変更はリクエストしませんでしたが・・・チェックアウト時、expediaで支払い済みのホテル代を請求された。フロントデスクの勘違いだった様で、こちらが指摘して気付いた。

宿泊の感想

2016年の12月も宿泊し快適でしたのでが、今回2泊しましたが、残念な点がありました。シャワールームからのお湯が外に漏れること・排気口からの異臭があること。 2点が解消されることをお願いします。

ホテルそのものは、たいへん快適であった。開発区内の立地のため、アクセスもきつく、ホテル周辺はなにもない状態。今後、開発の進捗により、利便性は高まると思われるが、新港エリアに特定の目的が無ければ他を選ぶことになろう。
