We are sorry that you have not read the hotel information. We charge for changing towels to avoid unnecessary changes and take better care of the environment and therefore the cost of water. You have received a 1-liter bottle as a courtesy from the hotel upon arrival. Nowhere do we say that we will supply you with water every day. The Wi-Fi connection is free, therefore we do not guarantee that it will be perfect at all times.

You are quite wrong about the average age of our guests, which is below the 50's (just like yourselves), but we agree that the vast majority do not come here to party. However, a DJ in a rooftop terrace on weekends has very little to do with crazy Ibiza, and during daytime and on weekdays we propose a nice chill-out ambiance very much enjoyed by most of our guests. The Vertigo terrace has been - since its very opening - one of the highlights in our guests' stay, something that we are aware of because they point this out in the quality questionnaires and on social media. We regret that you didn't find it as pleasant, but that doesn't seem to be the rule and in any case there is the pool for a quieter mood. In any case we regret any inconvenience you may have endured.

Hello, Of course we always provide a map with nearby restaurants. If our restaurant has been recommended to you, it is not a crime and it will be for your comfort. But it is all a matter of interpretation. As in many hotels we only have this possibility of shampoo and gel. No one says You cannot bring your products if you are also used to a special product.
