There are couple of good things about this hotel, however, during our 9 days stay we need to feedback following negative points-
1, During check-in, the reception wasn't really helpful when we asked for any advices for local restaurants, we got the answer why not try our hotel restaurant.
2, The room facility doesn't explain that this is a 4 star suite and spa hotel
-only give you all in one shower wash on the wall, instead of separate shampoo and body wash, conditioner. It made our hair and body very dry. As a hotel near beach and having swimming pool, you can see any body lotion pack, which is a basic for most resort we stayed.
- no air conditioning during winter time, but everyone knows Canary Island still get to 28 degrees
3, We asked for room slippers and bathrobe, which again is basic for 4 star hotel. We been told to buy our own one slippers from the shop, or pay 15-20euros to hotel for their bathrobe.
4, The WiFi throughout the hotel wasn't great, signal was really unstable. You get a ticket for two device when check-in, but this should be unlimited nowadays for a 4 star hotel.
5, The hotel lifts are with long wait, especially during breakfast, dinner and check-out period. It took us once 30 min to get one elevator and it's slow, wasting time
6, Be prepared to pay 10 euros deposit for getting towel from hotel for swimming pool. We stayed 9 days, if you want to change new towel, another 1 euro. This doesn't sounds a good service
In summary, not great!
