Graham provided excellent service. When our room was chilly with no auxiliary heat available he moved us to another room with heat.

Owner & staff where really friendly, helpful & made us feel really comfortable. We stayed in 2 rooms, both lovely, the 2nd with the sea view was a real treat. Would highly recommend it.

Thank you for your review. I don't want to be just OK in anyone's eyes, we work extremely hard to make everyone's stay memorable. And what is more frustrating is that you appeared very happy and , yet go away to knowingly to write bad reviews, shame on you....Parking!! NO there is no free parking at our lovely guesthouse, yet expedia appear to fail in adjusting that incorrect information, and then guests blame me. I have tried for 3 years to get that removed, or corrected, and have failed, so perhaps expedia will take note, and change to "NO ONSITE PARKING"RegardsGraham

The hotel is okay, the location is excellent with beautiful view of ocean. The furniture was old and dusty; breakfast was okay. Price was reasonable, a little high, for the night we stayed.

Loved loved loved our premiere suite with a sea view. Prettiest hotel room ever. Wonderful breakfast with a perfect surroundings. Breakfast by a beautiful fire one morning. Graham and his charming wife are perfect hosts. Just book here!!

Pretty view from older economy hotel.
Older property with beautiful beach/sea view. Clean and comfortable enough, but lots of stairway and stairs. Building is pretty tired and in need of renovation. Limited front desk. Price was very affordable, but hotel/rooms reflected it. Unlikely to stay again.

No free parking
Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Decor a little 'tired' and old fashioned. Bathroom facilities basic and rickety (loose toilet seat and shower controls). Does not have free parking, as advertised within the online details. Proprietor advises that he has asked Hotels.com to correct this several times and they have ignored such requests. Nearest parking approx. 100 yards and costs £10 per day.

Fabulous
Great hotel right on the esplanade as the title would suggest. Graham a brilliant host who lets you get on with holidaying. Dog friendly and our little dog Gabby loved it. Fabulous view from our room. Our favourite hotel in Tenby.

I loved the location; I had a room with an ocean view. The room is not air conditioned, if that is a necessity for you, but it had a fan and I was very comfortable at night. The room was clean and quiet, and I could walk anywhere I needed to go.

We've stayed at this property before and it is always lovely. The owner will go out of his way for his guests. The room was very warm due to the weather and we returned on day 1 to find a fan had been left outside our door, it helped a lot! The location is beautiful with the sea just steps from the door.

Very much hoping to return here
Fantastic b&b right on the seafront run by a fantastic owner. Nothing was ever any bother - very well looked after and had the most wonderful breakfasts. Lovely restaurant downstairs, the hotel is very well decorated throughout, and the room was very cosy and homely - just what was called for, given the weather! Hoping to return at some stage.

Excellent seafront stay
Excellent position on the sea front with a short walk to everything you could need in Tenby. Super friendly manager that gave us such a great welcome … breakfast was spot on - fresh, cooked to order and super tasty. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Fantastic views
Lovely room overlooking the sea and island off Tenby beach, location very good close to the centre, free parking in front of the hotel but could be full none the less there is a pay car park close by. Room very clean, only way to improve would be softer pillows as the bed is hard

Good B&B – View over South Bay – parking nearby
On arrival the owner was welcoming and explained everything clearly. He apologised for the Hotels.com advert that still states that he does have onsite parking. The room was comfy, complementary water, biscuits etc, and had a view over the South Beach bay. It’s convenient for the beaches, the town centre, many shops, cafes and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. The cooked to order breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, would certainly consider booking again if visiting Tenby. Info on parking. I parked on the Five Arches car park a few yards from the B&B. See photo, B&B is the blue building in the distance. It also has electric charge points. Other car parks such as South Beach Bay and Display Car Park are also nearby. Free parking is available in the unmarked bays, but lots of the bays with lines are residents only, so take care to park where there are no lines.

Great value and perfect location on the Esplanade with a view of the sea. We were on the 3rd floor which was fine for us but would prove tricky for the less mobile. Great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

Ideal for close access to Tenby and all its lovely beaches and idyllic streets. Perfect for what we needed and such a spacious room. That and the view were like nothing we’ve experienced before.

Perfect!
Just returned from our first stay at The Esplanade and we’ve already booked to go back. Graeme and his team are super friendly and can’t do enough for you to make sure your stay is perfect. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfast can’t be beaten. The location is also ideal. The sea view to the front is amazing and you are literally across the road from the walled town, with all the shops, bars and restaurants. All in all The Esplanade is an ideal base for your holiday or short break in Tenby.

Room clean and comfortable. Could have done with a plug near the mirror for drying hair. No room service during 3 day stay. Staff helful if asked for replacement milk etc. Good location. Graham very helpful. Lovely breakfast.

A good comfortable room, with a good breakfast. Very friendly service. Hotel is situated on the seafront.Only down for this hotel is public carparks are 200/300 yards from the hotel.
