En las fotos publican que el departamento tiene un sofá y no es cierto, tuvieron que meter una cama y solo por que lo solicité. Hay musica a todo volumen en las mañanas que estuve y nos despiertan muy temprano. La limpieza del hotel es muy mala. En el restaurante me dijeron que solo limpiarían por que lo pedí si no el piso estaría sucio debajo de la mesa. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo y no volveré a estar allí. Puedo concluir que reservé con engaños.

Our stay was fine. Very comfortable and clean. The hotel was advertised as having a restaurant & bar, but it did bot say the bar was “non-alcoholic”. Also, the elevator was having problems and we had to take the stairs with our luggage. Fortunately, it was only one floor.

Not worth it
Ceiling tiles falling apart, allowing critters to get in. There were geckos in the room. Bathroom floors were filthy. You have to put down a deposit down for basic things like tv remotes, air conditioner, iron, hair dryers... the maids leaves all of the rooms all open in the morning, unattended while they clean them. Just pay a few more bucks a night and stay at the nearby places like Gamma or Posada. Even City Express is better.

The room was warm even with the air conditioner on. Maybe needs cleaning. Also in the lobby, it’s very nice to sit enjoy tea or coffee cut no air there at all.

Hotel seems nice on the photos, but installations are pretty old and deserve an upgrade. Not comfy, gym is out of service, breakfast is OK. Rooms smell some type of bleach. Everywhere smells like bleach.

The hotel must have been 'Grand" at some point but is a little run down now. The upholstery on chairs in the room is worn out and stained, the bathroom door is showing water damage at the bottom, no hand towel, They charge a deposit for hair dryer, TV remote and other stuff. That alone tells you about their customers. But the worst of all is the smell in the room, it was a strong chemical smell that reminded me of what you put inside the toilet so it cleans with every flush. I asked if they fumigated the room and they said no, then I found out there was one of those toilet cleaners hang OUTSIDE of the tank, maybe to 'deodorize' the place, probably to cover other smells. But there are other ways to make a room smell nice that aren't disgusting and make people sneeze. And let me add my sense of smell is much less sharp than your average person, so that tells me the odor was very strong. Fortunately, there was sliding door to a balcony and leaving that opened let some of the smell out. The view of the pool was nice, but was disappointed to learn that the gym was not functional or open, which is not disclosed on the hotel website.

instacines viejas, descuidadas, escaso personal y por lo mismo no hay atención, te puntualizan mucho que adquieras la reservación por medio de una aplicación. El elevador en pesimas condiciones, bloqueado para llegar hasta el estacionamiento que está en el sotáno y por lo mismo debes usar las escaleras, mismas que estan en pesimas condiciones, insalubres, huele horrible. Viaje con 3 personas de la tercera edad y les reservé un tipo departmento y se negaron a realizarles el aseo por no contar con suficiente personal y hasta que se les dijo que si era necesario cubrir un costo adicional lo hariamos sin problema porque fuimos a descansar mas no hacer aseo y menos ellos como personas de 63, 65 y 75 años de edad. No hay servicio de valet parking, el clima de lahabitación hace demasiado ruido y no te deja descansar, la alberca pesima y muy sucia. Pésima experiencia, no vale la pena pagar y menos si lo haces por una aplicación que al parecer en lugar de beneficiarte te perjudica en la atención durante la estadía y por lo mismo no volverá a estar dentro de mis opciones para hospedarnos en viaje familiar. PESIMO SERVICIO AL IGUAL QUE INSTALACIONES DEPLORABLES!!!

En general fue un hotel normal, las camas estaban incomodas, el area del cuarto un poco viejo, el agua solo salia hirviendo y no fria y me hubiera gustado que alguno de sus paquetes incluyera desayunos ademas del continental.

Muy bonita atención, el personal muy amable, la limpieza muy bien. Comida muy rica aunque con mucho condimento (no como muy condimentado). Habitaciones muy cómodas. Alberca no pude usarla por el clima fresco. Todo excelente recomendable

La atención del personal es pésimo, desde recepción, hasta los de restaurante que definitivamente no merecen propina. Solicite un taxi desde mi llegada para el día de mi salida, dos días después y cuando baje.... pues gracias, no había taxi, llegue tarde a mi cita porque simplemente olvidaron mi petición.

El piso de la habitación estaba pegajoso, los ascensores no servían y nos toco en el último piso por lo cual estaba molesto subir y bajar tantos escalones, el empleado que nos toco en recepción en la tarde como que no quería atender bien, pero la señora de la mañana nos dio un servicio más atento, el desayuno estaba rico y las meseras fueron amables
