"The hotel is old but has been well renovated. The room overlooked timber gardens and toward the beach which was lovely. The room itself was comfortable with a firm king bed and plenty of space. The car park was easy. Included buffet breakfast was awesome and well stocked- great cheesecake!! The restaurant was also a surprise with a lovely 3 course dinner that exceeded our expectations. "as usual our stay was super apart from one person who seemed to run the breakfast room in the mornings and the resturaunt in the evening. she was very rude to us in the mornings on two occasions and again in the evening.we did bring this up with a member of staff called nicki, a very helpful young lady who said she will have words with veronica. after this her attitude changed dramatically. we will be coming down again later in the year but may look elsewhere as this treatment was uncalled for...
