We had a fabulous 4 nights at the hotel. We chose an apartment right on the beach which gave us an excellent view of the ocean when we opened our curtains each morning.

Nice hotel!!
The hotel have private beach and was nice. The pool is also relatively big and nice. But the air conditioner is old. And there are a lot of mosquitoes around.

Peac resort. Highly recommended.
Wonderfully warm staff with professional approach to every aspect of our stay. The early morning swim in the warm sea was delightful and breakfast amongst the trees was simply great. Our top choice in Khao Lak henceforth.

So tranquil and relaxing!
This resort is so relaxing with its beautiful gardens pathways and great beach to swim in.The rooms are very spacious with a daybed and a seperate bathroom.The staff were wonderful placed a topper on our bed and found us lower pillows nothing was a problem.Breakfast was quite good,with eggs cooked many ways.Good pots of tea and also a coffee machine.Restaurants in the area were truly wonderful too.Many taxis to take you places.

Ruhiges, sauberes Hotel in gepflegter, üppiger Grünanlage. 1a-Strandlage und Restaurants, Geschäfte und Massagesalons sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Personal wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Tilfredsstillende kørestolsvenligt hotel
Det bar tydeligt præ af at være ude for sæson, men der var fin service og flinkt personale. Personligt valgte jeg hotellet fordi det mere eller mindre var det eneste kørestolsvenlige hotel i området. Overordnet var jeg tilfreds med opholdet selvom man sikkert kunne have fået bedre value for money et andet sted.

belle hôtel ,proche de la plage,
hôtel très propre ,personnel agréable dommage que personne ne sache parlé Français. l’hôtel était pratiquement vide pendant notre séjour du 4/08 au 17/09 environ 4 couples sur nos 15 jours . restaurent principal fermé ,donc nous étions obligé d aller au petit de la plage du coup carte répétitive aucune animations! la clim des chambre très bruyante si nous n'avions pas louer une voiture je pense qu on ce serais ennuyer

Hyvä hotelli beachillä ja poolilla, suosittelen!
Hotellin sijainti loistava: lepotuolit beachin ja poolin välissä ja hierontapalvelut samassa paikassa. Lyhyt kävelymatka ravintoloihin. Huoneet eivät loisteliaat, mutta siistit ja puhtaat. Huoneista kiva näköala rehevään puutarhaan. Aamiainen hyvä ja palvelu ystävällistä. Ympäristöystävällinen ohjeistus vierailijoille: kierrätys ym. toimii.

Alles soweit ok. allerdings hätte die Hilfsbereitschaft am Front Desk größer sein drüfen. Unser Zimmer hatte leider 2 Einzelbetten anstelle eines französiches Betts. Leider gibt es kein Service-Personal für den Strandabschnitt. Angeschwemmter Unrat (Plasitk, Blätter, Tng, etc.) wurde leider nicht beseitigt. Ansonsten war alles sehr zufriedestellend. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

靠近海灘風景很好。
淡季的早餐準備的太過簡單，對此時入住的旅客太不公平。飯店位於鬧區附近，又沒有鬧區的吵雜，很適合度假，房間寬大舒適，還有個大陽台。

カオラックのナントンビーチに面して立地、また繫華な通りに近く便利。
シミラン諸島に行きたかったので、ボートの出る港に近いカオラックの南側で、且つ繫華な場所にアクセスし易いということでこのホテルに。すぐ目の前のビーチも、プールも、プールサイドのマッサージも、また朝食も満足。ただひとつ、部屋のシャワー（固定）が夜、お湯の出が少ない、お湯になるまで遅い。チェックイン時に要確認です。

Gutes Hotel für Rentner
Zimmer sind sauber, Personal ist freundlich, gutes Frühstück - extra Strandrollstühle für Behinderte - passt alles. Vom Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ist es für mich jedoch zu teuer. (War nur zwei Nächte da) Gefühltes Durchschnittsalter: 55+ Für Rentner empfehlenswert, junge Menschen und Familien würde ich jedoch abraten.

- Schimmel im Kinderspielzimmer - Babystühle vergammelt (Farbe gröckelt ab und mein Baby hatte es im Mund) - Klimaanlagen auf den Zimmern funktionieren nicht richtig entweder voll Power oder aus - Kein funktionierendes WLAN und Internet - Schmutziger Pool - Offene Kabel im Pool - Generell sehr verschmutzte Anlage (Zimmer waren ok) - Kein Service am Strand (Getränke und Essen) - Überall geflickte Kabel am Strand und in der Anlage (nichts für kleinkinder) - Langweiliges nie wechselndes Frühstück - Die Hotelküche ist schlecht und kleine Portionen - Überteuerte Preise - Nichts für Personen die Weihnachten entfliehen möchten Nur Weihnachtsmusik und ganz wild geschmückt

Hyggeligt centralt beliggende hotel.
Hyggeligt hotel, serviceminded personale. Stranden trænger til renovering grundet monsunen, hvilket hotetellet gik i gang med, da vi rejste hjem :-), tæt på gode lokale spisesteder. Vil booke samme hotel igen.

Schöne Anlage mit Mängel beim Frühstück
Das Baan Khaolak ist eine überschaubare gemütliche Anlage auf einem paarkähnlich angelegen Grundstück. Wir hatte für 11 Tage ein Standardzimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Schöne, saubere und große Zimmer mit einem tollen Balkon machte den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Strandlage ist wunderschön allerdings steht nicht viel Liegefläche zu Verfügung so daß die Liegen sehr dicht stehen. Ein Ärgerniss wie fast überall, die schon um 7:00 mit Handtücher "reservierte" Liegen. Zum Glück hatten wir einen Leihwagen, dadurch waren wir in der Lage auch die anderen tollen Strände in der Gegend zu besuchen. Entäuschen war das Frühstücksbüffet, die warmen Gerichte wirkten lieblos zubereitet und ohne asiatischen Geschmack. Hächnchenfleisch war an einem Morgen noch halb roh, auf meine Beanstandung wurde aber nicht reagiert. Teebeutel für schwarzen Tee gab es nur die ersten 3 Tage, danach mußte man sich mit dem fertig aufgegossenen Tee begnügen. Die Auswahl an Brot war ungewöhnlich groß aber leider schmeckten fast alle Sorten gleich fade. Das Personal in der gesamten Anlage war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Positiv zu vermerken ist die Möglichkeit auch mit einer Behinderung seinen Urlaub hier verbringen zu können durch die in vielen Bereichen vorhandene Barrierefreiheit.

Очень хорошее расположение отеля. Четыре километра песчаного пляжа с живописными камнями. Купаться можно в большинстве мест. Дно пологое, песчаное, ровное. Полное отсутствие гидроциклов, бананов, музыки, катеров и т.п. С пляжа отеля отлично наблюдать закаты. Место располагает к прогулкам и релаксу. С другой стороны выход к магазинам и ресторанам. Обойти все рестораны за время отдыха нереально. Сам отель зеленый, чистый, тихий. Персонал отзывчивый, завтраки вкусные, номер уютный. С удовольствием вернемся снова.
