We loved our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed. We appreciated being able to book the private onsens. The staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

New, nice & clean. Private and public baths are also very nice. Only 1 convenience store 2 blocks away so it gets busy with all the other hotels in the area.

Really enjoyed this very nice hotel. Quick walk from station, bus stops close by, and walking distance to the main tourist area/shops/restaurants. Room was very comfortable, nice breakfast and bar area. Super friendly staff. And the onsen was gorgeous, loved the outdoor pools. Great value for the price. Couldn’t fault this place. Would definitely recommend.

Roomiest hotel we’ve stayed in with great amenities, rooftop onsen, and a view of the train rolling by (not too loud though). Best of all, there’s space on either side of the bed- a rarity in some Japanese budget hotels.

Very convenient for train station and historical centre. Very comfortable beds and quiet. Didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on breakfast etc. Onsen was lovely and relaxing. Would stay again.
