"Excellent service and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with good western and asian food choices. Only drawback was that we arrived late and there were no nearby restaurants open or room service. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again the next time we are in the area."

"Compared to the 2 other places we stayed in Japan, this was the biggest, size wise. There were 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundryroom attached to a shower room, a kitchen attached to a living room area with a small balcony, and a traditional style sitting room. I may highly consider making this home base for the next trip. The check-in process was a bit strange since there are no people staffing the building, but follow the email instructions, and its easy enough."

"Room is clean and well kept, although the furniture could use a bit of renewing. It’s very spacious and the view from the room is nice. Staff are very nice and helpful. Hotel is very close to suminokoen station, and close to stores like daiso, lotteria and donki. I had a great stay"
