"The hotel was clean, though everything looked a bit tired. According to the front desk they’re doing an entire renovation during this down season though, so by the time they reopen that shouldn’t be an issue. Water heating and pressure in the shower was good. Bed was quite comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, though I’d recommend they ask for ID before re-keying a room key (they may have recognized me, but still, as female and trustworthy as I may appear you never know...

"This property is not upscale but my stay was fine. Room was clean, hot water hot, and mattress acceptable. It was substantially less expensive than anything near it. It is at a busy intersection for near lake front property so there was some road noise during the night, but the place was better than I expected and much better than I feared it could have been."
