We had an excellent time here during our stay. The hotel is just as described and pictured; it is clean, spacious and there is lots to do. The staff are all extremely friendly and polite. The entertainment team worked very hard and would come over and make conversation and remember you. A shout out too to Mustapha for keeping our room clean and tidy each day. The only non 5* we have given is for the area because as soon as you step outside the back of the hotel or even if at the perimeter there are locals there trying to sell to you/ask for ‘gifts’; it felt safer to be inside the hotel. The other hotels further down the road did not seem to have this. Also the hotel app was not up to date with what the day and evening entertainment was which meant we missed activities.

Amazing stay!!!
Amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was so smooth from arrival all the way to check out. I booked transfers through the hotel beforehand and Zehra was always very prompt in responding through the chat messenger. Also thanks to the reception team for always answering our questions and requests. Special thanks to Mustapha in housekeeping for keeping our room spotless every day! We will definitely be visiting again and recommending to family and friends

Loved all the swimming pools and loungers around them; we often felt like the one we used was our own private pool as no one else was using it. Both rooms we had were very spacious and comfortable. The proximity to the local beaches was great and the sunsets beautiful. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Particularly enjoyed sitting peacefully in the lobby area in the evenings and our A La carte meal in the Moroccan restaurant. Now the few niggly things: there was inconsistency with how the tables were laid out with cutlery. Often no spoons and we’d end up taking the small, plastic coffee stirrers. There wasn’t a proper system in place for the tennis court. The other thing about the court was that it was really small and it didn’t have proper drainage. Therefore when we’d had a day of rain, there were still puddles of water everywhere on it the following day. However, we were very grateful for the staff who were sent to try and clear it. Smoking was permitted in the main bar area which was very unpleasant ; also the outside eating area had no designated area for smokers.

Considering this hotel was full, the lack of congestion around the resort makes it feel really special. The grounds are enormous so that no one is in each others way. We only stayed one night but had a really relaxing time. The staff were all super friendly and really went out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are very modern and well appointed.

A very beautiful property. Staff in the pool area was exceptional. The only disappointing factor I had was that I could not have my daughter and new son-in-law come to the hotel to visit me in my room. They did make the exception for one hour and I was thankful for that.

A nice resort, property is very well maintained. Food was great but Azha restaurant was a disaster, avoid it, we ended up leaving after two bites of beef couscous, the worst ever I had in Morocco, but the other buffet option was great. A lot of pools and very nice open air jacuzzis with great sitting area. Check in was average, staff had no smiles, didn’t feel any welcoming atmosphere, however the cashier was full of life and made up for all the sad faces at the reception. Room was very comfortable with all you need in a room. Snack bar around swimming pools served chicken nuggets, macaroni, tuna and chicken sandwiches with so so quality. Overall a great experience, will definitely recommend.

The hotel with all the pools you could ask for was amazing. The Spa is a must so reasonable and they where very good. Had the full works well worth the money. The rooms was amazing I stayed in one with a pool. The beds super comfy and the shower amazing. Only let down was food choices not much really on offer which was a shame when you look how amazing the hotel was

This as a beautiful property in a stunning location if you like the waves and the sea. It couldn't be better in that respect. The property is really clean, and the swimming pools are fantastic. The food is excellent, there is a variety and the restaurant staff are excellent. The beach bar staff are brilliant and the activities team are really appropriate- only involving or including people who want to be. There is plenty of space for sunbathing around the pools. The room is lovely. The let-down. I went to reception three times to report that the patio door wouldn't lock, that the plug sockets in the room didn't work, and the shower in the room was almost always cold. Nothing was done about this at all. So cold showers in a five star hotel, anxiety around a ground floor room having a broken lock on the door, and unable to charge laptop etc,. unacceptable especially when I walked to reception multiple times to ask for help. The phone in the room didn't work, with some bizarre code required to make it work - I was never provided with the code. Some significant let-down's for an otherwise excellent property. The spa, hammam etc seemed a bit inaccessible without booking expensive treatments which was a shame. Gym could be open out of hours. Thanks to the lovely people who cleaned the room every day.

Beautiful from the the outside hotel! Supposedly only newly opened? Broken tiles everywhere, generally staff were excellent, however a few very rude/arrogant individuals in a five star hotel! Stayed nine nights ( they don’t do early check in we arriveed at 3AM but had to book the previous night!)hoping for a relaxing time, hotel trying to be everything to everyone but failing badly!Advertising on several sites suggested adult only, definitely not as kids everywhere and no adult only area, four day wedding had a rave one afternoon which was ridiculously loud and had sections secured off by security etc! Business conventions etc,Pool area music is fed from a centre stage so even from 100mtrs away you still get that Bass! Music by twenty and under years old is definitely not our thing! Evening entertainment non existent (although they put the effort in for Halloween 🎃)We just wanted to relax and unwind in the sun! Restaurant Food generally very good although a little repetitive! drinks very poor, drinks selection very poor, Bars kept running out of drinks (which is denied) Pool Bar selection very poor, frozen drink machine constantly broken even bottled Pepsi (no Coca Cola)tasted awful, Pool Snack bar same very poor selection every day with staff who just didn’t care! Again beautiful hotel being ruined by incompetent Senior Management only interested in saving pennies, however they’re ruining a Five star hotel and the Pickalbatros brand! Wouldn’t risk another stay

The hotel would’ve learnt very clean stuff from reception dining hall in containment cleaning room all fabulous very friendly very good you just cannot fault them in anyway well done With excellent customer service we shall be thinking of revisiting the hotel again. Mumtaz
