That is incorrect, an apartment was available however you were not prepared to wait while we verified your booking and requested a cancellation. You were provided with a full refund.

Thank you for your comments. We provide clear directions via email as well as our contact number which is available 24/7. Parking is available at the front or the rear of the building and we have to staff to assist with luggage if requested. Our apartments are cleaned and quality checked before guest arrival and we provide a selection of comforters and pillows in the apartment and would have replaced any if you had raised the problem during your stay. As you have not mentioned what 'conveniences' a hotel offers over an apartment we are unable to comment on specific items however we would like to point out that few hotels in Tagaytay offer full HD internet smart TV or free cable and wireless internet or a microwave. On site you will also find a laundry, a selection of restaurants, a bank, and a 24/7 convenience store. Public transport also stop directly in front of the building so it is easy to get out and about. As the tallest building in Tagaytay you get a spectacular view of the lake. Unlike some hotels which charge extra for a lake view but fail to mention it is obscured by a wall. Regards, Blowing in the Wind

As you note the good view from the apartment I assume you found Tagaytay itself 'sterile and boring'. Many people visit Tagaytay to relax and enjoy the cool weather. The apartment comes with Smart internet TV and the complex offers indoor and outdoor pools, a games room, tennis, badminton and basketball courts for the more energetic.

Pleased that you enjoyed your stay. The TV is a SMART TV and offers YouTube, Netflix etc as well as web browsing. The apartment comes with a microwave, kettle, refrigerator, free tea and coffee. Many guests prefer not to cook as they wish to sample the wide variety of food available in the local restaurants.
