"The staff is very approachable, professional and accomodating. Through no fault of their own, the hotel building is very rough and needs a lot of work, but the staff makes up for it by ten folds. There were definite issues with a room we stayed at, the ceiling leaked in the bathroom when the shower is on, the lock to another room stopped working, but the staff attended to our needs ASAP and moved us to another room without question.
