"The old town is not veichle assessible. We had a few big suitcases that are hard to handle on the stone walkways and bridges. So we called the hotel and they came to the outside of the old town and helped us pulled the luggages to the hotel. The hotel was renovated on an ancient house (it is stylish!) so it does not have an elevator. They also helped us carry them to the room which is on the second floor. When we leave, they helped with the the luggages again! "

"We generally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The 2-room apartment was great, very roomy and comfortable. Having the kitchen with washing machine was a big plus. The breakfast was not exceptional but good. The staff was helpful and friendly but a bit more reserved than at other hotels. They politely answered all questions we had but they didn't necessarily come up and ask us if we needed any help, etc. The pool area was nice but it looked a bit worn and it was very strange that pool towels were...

"This is a superb hotel!! Howard Johnson at its best! Better than any HJ you may know from North America. Great suites, including a kitchen and swimming pool. Very attentive service, an absolute amazing pool on the 2nd floor. Located minutes from Lake Jinji , the shopping and restaurants area, the expo centre. Highly recommended!"
