Room is very clean, breakfast is very good. The location is quiet and very nice. However, it a little bit far away from Suzhou interested points if you take the metro.

My stay was awesome here. This was my first time in China and had no idea what to expect. This hotel was a great stay. Great room, good price, helpful front desk. Only thing I didn't like was this hotel is in an industrial park on the other side of a large bay from Suzhou city. This was fine for me as I was attending a conference in the industrial park, but it was a little out of the way for sightseeing in Suzhou. However, taxis are so cheap that it still was only about $5 US to get to and from the hotel to suzhou city. Overall I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean but the internet service is really poor. It was hard to get internet service consistently for more than 15 minutes.

Decent hotel for doing local business
Nice business hotel. 45 min to city center on the metro. Conveniently located next to a metro stop in the industrial park. The bed is quite firm and the breakfast buffet while large has mediocre quality

It's in a industrial area of the city. Not much around. The staff is helpful, but the beds are hard. Paid for a non smoking room but the smoke from the room next door comes into my room through the vents.

Wish I could have stayed longer.
I am a business traveler that stays in hotels about 125 nights a year. This property is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. The rooms are big, clean, comfortable. One down side: DO NOT ORDER THE PIZZA. It is awful. Unfortunately, I was in the hotel for only about 9 hours. I really wish I could have stayed longer.

Great Hotel for Business Travel
This hotel is well maintained and the staff is very attentive and responsive to their guest. Plus most of the staff spoke English quite well. The room was very spacious, much larger than other 5 star hotels in Shanghai. Also, the hotel is on the Dushu Lake, with great views, a lake side walking path that is great for an early morning run or walk. This hotel was close to the SPI technology park, which was convenient for my business. The biggest downside is the location to restaurants and night life. The area is still developing so it is missing the evening energy of the night life entertainment.

Great Hotel, very clean, very modern, rooms well equipped. Ideally located. Shops across the road for all things 'mini bar' related. Don't use the mini bar. Only disappointing thing was my room card didn't work on FOUR occasions and I had to wait outside my room as Housekeeping wouldn't let me in with their card. Ridiculous! Apart from that, great hotel and would use again

Great location right next to the metro. Breakfast is awesome. Room is tidy and comfortable. The staff, especially the ones cleaning up the room, are very nice and hospitable.

飯店員工態度都非常好；從房內往外望，即可看到湖畔景色，雖然不是特別壯闊，但整體的住房感受仍是不錯。這次非常可惜的地方，因為是一個非常匆忙的出差行程，加上又是第一次來到蘇州這一個印象中的古城區，除了沒辦法好好感受飯店的各項設施外，也沒辦法好好的去一些景點遊覽! 下次再有機會來，會好好欣賞蘇州、及飯店設施。
