the room design and lighting is a bad joke; can't shave or comb hair with the light at wash basin; no working table and chair; never seen such stupid non functional room design and furnishing. Air conditioning is horrible; temperature done not come down and it feels very humid and damp; almost impossible to sleep with the thick comforter provided with non-functional air condition which is not only in my room by 3 others on different levels travelling with me. Never staying again in this hotel

Check in process were smooth, even-though it weren't at the 33th floor as declared on the booking site. We stayed 2 nights at the Glacier Suites. It was far from the standard of 5 stars hotels. The carpets we’re dusty and full of stains. The bathroom amenities and interiors were below par than advertised. Bedding was mediocre, 3 stars standards. Lack of placement in light switches. Overall it wasn't as we expect it to be. Lack of hospitality services in all aspect. Poor standards of social distancing and crowd control during pandemic.

Too many other choices. Here was what went wrong: no transportation from airport to hotel when we really needed it. No toilet tissue left after housekeeping, even when we called to remind them after. In the middle of nowhere. YOu need car for anything. Takes forever to get served a cup of coffee. At pool side bar I got told I had to pay cash for a drink because i had "run out of deposit". That last one is first time ever.

Great place
Arrived at the hotel around 19:00, had to stand in line for 8minutes to check in. Chandelier and artsy furniture, but dirty carpet. Concierge was very friendly and helpful, even when colleagues left without leaving me the card to our room (we booked connecting rooms). The AC was cold and great, room and bathroom were nice and clean. One thing though, if we close the door between the bathroom and bedroom, one can still enter the bathroom from the outside. Thank you for making our stay comfortable

Hotel staff very friendly & nice smile welcoming when we check-in & check-out. The room design is nice and have a comfort pillow & bed. Room amenities doesn't like 5star hotel. Breakfast is nice with the local dishes. Overall is good & pleasant stay. The only unpleasant comment are the BBQ dinner buffet we had is totally unworth for the unfresh seafood & ingredients, also the poor service.

The room was very nice and clean. The cleaning staff even folded my dirty laundry. The pool is an oasis in the middle of a dirty city. The Brazilian steak house at the hotel is amazing and reasonably priced for what you get. My only complaint is that I wish there was slightly more water pressure from the shower and even then the shower was beautiful.

This was a great property to stay in, the location was good (about 45 minutes from airport). It was super clean and looked brand new. The only issue I had with the room was that there was no proper desk to work on so that was a little annoying. Other then that it was a great hotel.

Nice, comfortable hotel
It is a new hotel which is luxuriously decoratd with marble wall and table counter. It was furnished quite elegantly. The bed was comfortable. The room was quite spacious.but may be the hotel need to check on the installion of the sink as it seemed that there is some thing stuck at the drain as the water would not come down.

Excellent customer service with staff alway with smile and going extra mile to assist my request. Even a cleanner also wishes me good morning good afternoon or good evening when he /she passes by me. Hotel has 24/7 security check on vehicles and customers. I could stay there with a peacefully mind. Quiet and conducive stay in the hotel and I will definitely book and stay in Vasa Hotel Surabaya during my next visit to this Town.

Modern and clean room
New, modern and clean room. Only slight complaint was room was not cleaned until 3pm even though we requested it to be cleaned. On second request, the room was cleaned promptly though.

Bad Parking, Bad Elevatora, Not Ready Toilet.
Bad parking management. The toilet still has previous guest litter. The elevators were hot. My bad experiences in spending new year's eve there. The way the handled the complaint was not satisfying. They keep saying thank you for the suggestion and no managers come to meet you even you already give them a serious complains. I wrote a letter to the manager when I checked out....again the response from front office was not satisfying as if they don't care and underestimate your complain. FYI The rate in new year's eve was almost double as regular and I booked 4 rooms but the facilities were not ready to manage the guests expectations. Not a five-stars hotel as I imagined. One more thing.....don't expect to get scrambled eggs in the morning...they only serve you omelletes in 5th floor...even when you already specifically asked for it. (5 stars?)

The hotel is great! There is a construction next to the hotel. I did requested move to different location. Food is great. Love the Buffet breakfast and lunch. The room is cleaned and cool set up. love it. Front desk stuff need to trean how ro delivery a nice massage to the guest.
