"The visual and aesthetics were amazing. The below average condition of the property made me rate it in such a way. Slide door is tilted, bathroom separation glass was leaking to the restroom seat. The bathroom windows had no mesh making insects and mosquitos swarming the room. In conclusion, the room was nice, the hospitality was great and its location to major attraction areas was a plus other than that I have wished it was in a better condition than stated in previous reviews. "

"Me and my wife had a wonderful experience staying in the villa. You have a own private pool and you dont have any tall building beside the compound so there’s still some privacy. The staff were all very polite and helpful, very good experience staying with them. Cons: Improve the maintenance of the hotel, saw cracks in the bathroom mirror. "This is the only hotel in South East Asia that has not supplied fresh water. Also no food available. Second floor bathroom drainage not good. WiFi spotty. One night there was a large storm. The street turned into a river and the wastewater channel that runs alongside the hotel came through the wall and turned the courtyard and pool into a giant brown sludge. "Staffgreeted us at reception and told us there was no restaurant and only food available via room service (there is one we later found out). Property is run down, the sink tap wobbled so much I thought it might break off. Bathroom was yuck. Wifi super slow and breakfast included gives you one pancake cut into 1/4's. We paid for 7nights but checked out after 5 to go to another hotel"
