"Wir waren bis auf die Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden. Leider haben wir das Appartement nicht gereinigt übergeben bekommen, einige Sachen waren kaputt oder fehlten. Nach einer Beschwerde über diese Dinge, kam man uns leider auch nicht entgegen und die Mängel wurden nicht behoben. Die Putzfrau brachte uns lediglich in unserem 3wöchigen Aufenthalt 2x neue Handtücher und Toilettenpapier, geputzt wurde jedoch nicht! "I was the only guest on my first night in the whole hotel , they upgraded me to a ine bedroom apartment with a bottle of wine . I was then told that their restaurant wouldnt be open till the next night for dinner and could not recommend anywhere else to eat . I am a female who was traveling alone , so staying in a hotel on my own was quite scary , especially as i was put on the sixth , top floor. They offered me room service for the first three days . "Basic apartment with very uncomfortable beds. Staff came in to clean every 3 days. Pools were very clean. On site restaurant was good but perhaps a little small for the amount of apartments in the complex. There’s a supermarket right next door and a shuttle bus which goes into the town throughout the day. Otherwise it’s a 15 minute walk into the town and maybe 20 minutes to the beach There’s a great water park right across the road from the complex too."

"Don't Go there... It's awful place with a bad property managing.. it's dirty.. rusty .. rude staff.. I made a lot of pictures for evidence.. Misleading information for the property location and owful reception support.. They ruin my vacation.. A lot of stress.. because I needed to speak directly with the property manager..so I can leave the place... I don't recommend that place.. neither the unfriendly staff.. "

"Kassandra Aparthotel is in a good location. The couple running the bar/cafe are lovely. The apartment was large but was not comfortable for more than 2 people as the sofa bed was unusable due to it being so uncomfortable. The apartment didn’t get cleaned throughout our stay, we ran out of toilet roll on more than one occasion we do not overuse toilet paper!!!! "

"Vi ankom og da alle check in oplysninger er givet får vi afvide at der ikke er noget strøm på hotellet. Vi bliver derfor placeret på et andet der ligger langt uden for byen og var bestemt ikke tilfredse. Efter en lang kamp med firmaet fik vi en erstatningslejlighed men de var meget uforstående over at man ikke bare kan give en lejlighed af væsentligt ringere kvalitet end hvad man bestiller."
