"Clean and tidy. Easy check in. Room made up nicely even the sofa bed, which was appreciated. Shower and bathroom were well situated. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed would probably be best for two small children or one adult. Tea and hot water kettle in room. Breakfast was usual hotel quality, lots of options though. The yogurt with compote and granola was good. Luggage storage appreciated for the day. Overall good hotel. Great location for Watford junction and Harry Potter Studio visit. "

"The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Good location, just 10 minutes walk from train station; however, getting to the lobby was a little difficult, i had to go thru the mall to get there. By the way, the mall was right next yo the hotel."

"From the moment myself, my daughter and mother arrived we totally relaxed, the hotel has a very tranquil feeling, the grounds are beautiful, the staff are professional and friendly. We stayed in the Rokeby Suite which was spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable, the attention to detail with the toiletries and the soft fluffy towels in the bathroom gave the feeling of luxury. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay whilst we were visiting The Harry Potter Studios, the only negative was when we checked in the lady behind the desk didn't give us any information about the facilities in the hotel eg the pool or about the times of meals within the hotel, she basically gave us our keys and told us where the room was, it would have been nice to have been a little more forth coming with extra information, instead of us having to enquire ourselves. We would love to come back for a longer visit sometime in the future. "
