You have to pay extra for a towel. You are asked to bring down the linning. Thats too much

Horrible !!!
Dirty, small, stinks, guests are vaping (smoking) beneath fire smoke detectors in the corridors. I had to unblock shower myself. Room service started knocking on our doors at 9:30 asking us to leave. Look at the pictures.
