They restrict your control over the temperature of the room to no lower than 22C. It was too hot the entire time. Only opening the window helped and not nearly enough. Terrible Wifi that would cut in and out all the time. These corporate hotels need to let go of the central control and let the gets do what is best for them. Comfortable bed but bad bedding. Friendly staff and helpful. Nice to have free water/sparkling water and free espresso. Shower too open and needs a wall to block water going everywhere. Would not stay here again or any other Accor Hotel because of the temperature control not under my control.

Je n'ai eu aucun retour de ma demande concernant un geste commercial exceptionnel dû à la grève des trains du weekend du 17/02/2024 je n'ai pas pû me rendre à l'hôtel peut-être que 170 euros ce n'est rien pour Mercure Strasbourg petite France mais pour un salarié au SMIC c'est beaucoup je suis très déçu car ayant en plus la carte de membre Accir il n'y a aucune réponse du manager

Superb accommodation experience!
The rooms were immaculately clean but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Comfortable beds, well-appointed amenities, and a thoughtfully designed workspace made my stay both relaxing and productive. The attention to detail in room service and housekeeping was commendable.

Nous sommes désolés de lire que vous n'avez pas apprécié votre chambre du fait de la mansarde. Ces chambres situées au 4ème étage ne sont en effet pas au goût de tout le monde. La chambre réservée était néanmoins de catégorie standard et correspond bien au critères Mercure 3*: 14 mètres carré de superficie, salle de bain incluse. Pour davantage d'espace, n'hésitez pas à opter pour la catégorie "privilège". En espérant vous accueillir à nouveau à Strasbourg et rendre votre séjour plus agréable que le précédent. Muito Bom Hotel
Hotel muito bom e muito perto da estação de trem. Ótimo para quem vai fazer bate e volta para outras cidades e fica a 10-14 minutos das principais atrações históricas da cidade , como a Catedral, Petit France, etc. O único senão foi que ficamos no 4o andar , e nele tem um obstaculo ao lado da cama, por fazer parte da estrutura do topo do hotel. No resto, o hotel, o café da manhã era muito bom.

Hotel bem localizado, atrações podem ser alcançadas caminhando, assim como a estação de trem. bom café da manhã, staff amigável. Café e agua à vontade na recepção. Quarto confortável , com um porém: durante toda a estadia encontrava pequeninos mosquitos (como os da fruta). Todo dia matava 2 ou 3, e no outro dia apareciam mais.

Good location about halfway between the train station and the old city. Easy to get to all sights by walking. The room was small but clean and quiet.

Bonjour Malgré une chambre supérieure à plus de 150 euros, chambre côté rue ou les chiens aboient, les gens crient jusqu'à 1h du mat. Moquette dans les couloirs mériteraient un bon brossage. Déçu pour un mercure et le prix. La chambre était propre. Le petit-déjeuner est par contre de bonne qualité. J'ai annoncé mon mécontentement le matin à l'accueil concernant le bruit, j'ai bien ressenti un "j'men fiche" Dommage

Chambre 14m2 (placard et sdb compris)donc petite, matelas trop mou, si vous avez besoin d'un oreillet supplémentaires on vous répond "vous auriez dû mené le vautre" pour un 4 étoiles c'est pas une réponse à faire, WC trop près du mur assis vous êtes scotché contre le mur et la moquette du couloir aurait besoin d'être refaite.
