"I've been using this site for 10+ years for work/vacation and never left a written review, but I will for this wonderful place. the location is in a beautiful neighborhood, away from the touristy-section of the city. The villa was much larger than I expected, especially given the price. "It was well-situated. The town is very attractive. I did not have time to use the spa facilities. It had very mediocre food for dinner, better for breakfast, but the whole town has pretty lousy food. Also the furniture was quite worn, there were no electric outlets in the bathroom and even in the room itself (I had to pull out the TV console so I could charge my phone). The electric outlets on the desk did not work. Basic bathroom."

Ensana Butterfly overcharge

"We had a bad experience checking in. One day prior to arrival I noticed that the booking was for one rather than two people. This was for a four (4) night stay, not just overnight. On arrival, were were told we needed to pay an additional 300 euro, almost the same amount as the entire stay of 4 nights. The clerk then contacted the supervisor. The amount was changed to an additional 208 euro. Our travel mood was spoiled, we felt we were being overcharged."

"The hotel is very beautiful, well maintained and the staff are very friendly and accommodating! I would especially like to mention the manager Jiri (George), who was exceptionally nice! There however are some things that I must mention, that should be noted. First of all, there is no air conditioning at this hotel and when it’s a hot day, the room is extremely hot at night! It was very uncomfortable! They did change our room on the second night, because our first room was just above the spa, which made it worse. However, even when moved away from the spa, it was still very hot in the room! The second thing that I felt was not good, was the charge for parking. There is nothing around i.e. businesses or houses, they have their own parking lot with plenty of parking, so I found it to be rather “cheap” of them! Especially considering how expensive the hotel is!! I just felt it was in poor taste to charge for it!"
