Es un poco complicado porque hay varios hoteles con nombre similar. Este hotel está en el edificio que tiene tiendas abajo. Una vez que llegas, tiene habitaciones cómodas, la persona de recepción es muy amable, servicial y lista para ayudarte. Estás en pleno centro histórico y puedes moverte a pie a todas partes.

DISPPPOINTED!! Loved the hotel and the location but was extremely disappointed that a refund was not applied after an incorrect date was entered on reservation. Even with error we still made another reservation with correct date and had 2 other couples join us, management would not give us break on the simple human error with many efforts to contact management via email and during our stay was ignored and not honoured in some way.

Beautiful 100 yr hotel. Amazing staff and receptionist. Very helpful and will assist with finding you parking for driver travelers (ask in advance). Love the location of this hotel. A must stay.

Pleasant Stay
A nice spacious room with a big bed. The room was quiet apart from noise from the bathroom in the adjoining room. Very large shower.

Historic 3rd Story Hotel, overlooking Dioclet. Pal
Renovated art nouveau building. 3rd floor with an elevator. Steps away from Diocletian’s palace. Very comfortable bed, updated bathroom. I had views across the main square onto Diocletian’s palace. The receptionists were both friendly and very helpful. Anita secured a guide for my elderly parents to tour Diocletian’s palace. This was no small feat in mid- January. The only “knock” on the hotel’s location is that you can’t park particularly close by, as the property is in the heart of a pedestrian-only zone. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It was fantastic!

It is centrally located. We rented the parking space offered by the hotel, which is 6 minutes walk, as you can't drive into old town. It is not easy to drive into the garage with the small SUV. The hotel is very nice. The heated towel warmer is a very nice touch.

Located in the centre of Old Town, 10 mins walk from the bus station, a lot of restaurants nearby. Room is big and clean, the lady in the reception is friendly and gave us very good recommendations of where to visit and dine.

An enjoyable stay in this hotel. Large room with clean bathroom.Comfortable bed with nice linen. Tea and coffee provided. The staff members were helpful, polite and welcoming. Great location in the old town. Easy walk to all major sights and an easy walk to the bus station and ferry port.

Super friendly staff and beautiful room! Was in the perfect location - easy to get to all of the best spots in Split by foot. You have to park a bit far though and they don't always have reserved parking available even though the hotel shows free parking. Still worth it and public parking lots are pretty cheap!

Great hotel in Old Town Split
Very charming and large room right in middle of old town square. The customer service support at hotel was great and they had no issues with me dropping suit cases off at 9am on check in and left them until 2 at checkout. Book without hesitation if you want to stay in Old Town

Excellent location in Old Town Split. Rooms and all services (A/C, plumbing, general comfort) were excellent and spacious. The hotel only has rooms. This is fine, due to its location close to many bars/restaurants shops etc - so the choice is endless, yet very close to return for a good night's sleep or to freshen up.

The hotel was extremely clean and ideally situated to explore the old town by foot. It was also very close to Riva and the port where you can go on numerous boat trips, of which we did do some. The reception staff were very helpful in suggesting trips for us and even arranging them if required. If we go to Split again we would definitely stay at this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.
