"At first it was a bit of a struggle…we had no internet connection, food in service took a bery long time and was cold when it got there but how they corrected the situation was very professional and well handled. "Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. I would definitely book again next time."

"While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. "We stayed at Casa de Herencia which was just behind the church. It was decent. Lots of bugs though on the ground floor but the sheets and beds were clean.
