"Melody had talked to my mother and travel partner for this trip about our questions prior to going. She met us at check in and it was a great addition to all of the very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was ok but not worthy of the cost in my opinion. "

"We had an excellent stay at this property. Special shoutout to Johnny and Lou who were working up at the rooftop bar on Saturday night, 6/1. They deftly and professionally handled a tense situation with an intoxicated and aggressive patron who was making other patrons uncomfortable. Plus, the whole Whiskey Charlie bar team is stellar!"

"My husband and I loved this Holiday Inn!! The staff were so great and its very close to L'Enfant Metro station. The ONLY reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 was because the bed was as hard as a rock. I've had pallets on the floor more comfortable. Everything else was great."

"This was so disappointing. This was my first time in Washington and the reason I chose this hotel was because of the location and that we would have an apartment. Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean and we didn't feel comfortable. There were a few doors on the wardrobes which we nearly falling off. The bed sheets didn't look clean. The location is perfect but unfortunately there is buidling work next to the apartments so the main entrance is blocked off so you have to walk around the...
