"Excellent clean room "

"We were traveling to Indy for a family event. My husband is in the military, and our regular place to stay was booked (my in-law's home,) so we booked this hotel. It was my husband, myself, and three children ages 16, 13, and 11. The original room we were given was room 222. It was gross, the carpet was stained, all the furniture was stained, the pull out couch and mattress were unacceptably disgusting. The room was all over just a no. So I went to the receptionist and let her know how gross it...

"I was booked for a bed and a pullout, but was put in a room that had just a Queen. I was told the room was all they had and I had paid for it prior to arrival. Because of the time there was no recourse nor any renumeration"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing: friendly, personable, welcoming. The toilet didn’t flush unless I manually pulled the chain. The GFI outlet didn’t work all the time. The ironing board was broken. Close to Walmart and restaurants and convenience stores. A lot of foot traffic coming and going. A lot of trash in the parking lot. "

"our room was very clean and smelled wonderful. I inquired what they use to spray that made it so fresh. I was told each house keeper uses their own freshener and the front desk had no idea what was used for ours. The front desk managers were very friendly and courteous. Even though we checked in early they got our room ready in a very short time period. I will use this motel again "
