"What can I say. Our stay was one of the best, if not the best stay I have ever had. I love this hotel. Beautiful grounds, beautiful food, beautiful building. I want to give a special mention to Thomas and Flo on reception. They were incredible. Breakfast to go was ready for 5.00am (we were hiking the three peaks) and nothing was too much for these two staff. Flo was so helpful and friendly and Thomas was such a delight to deal with. The spa: WOW! Pricey but worth it. Wonderful. I’ll see this...

"Nice hotel, nice room very clean. Before we went we were not made aware that this hotel is primarily booked through HF holidays who offer walking and biking holidays so we weren’t expecting to have to eat at communal tables no individual tables you’re expected to sit at big tables full of strangers."

"Excellent service, couldn't have been more helpful. Room was nice, clean but a bit small...if I'd had a big suitcase not sure if it would have fit. Breakfast was generous and delicious. "
