"Stayed 5 nights late April to early May. Whatever issue they had with the A/C and hot water were resolved before we arrived although it takes a minute for the hot water to really kick in. It's a clean, quiet place in a great location. Staff was very friendly, we were able to check in to our room early and keep our parking pass past checkout until we were ready to go to the airport. Definitely recommend if you want a calm, laid back place."

"The checkin with Beyoncé was very nice, she gave us the bottle of wine. Entering the room, it was getting maintenance done so that wasn’t great and then one day a maid came and asked for something she forgot in the closet or wanted to give to another guest out of our closet so that was kind of odd. It was a lovely stay overall, nice staff for the most part (find that the men staff were nicer than the women, besides Beyoncé, she was kind) the property was clean and cute. Transport is a lot, not so convenient on pricing and the food was so so good. "

"The property was very spacious, clean and the overall stay comfortable. The help desk girls were assisting and providing information about the dinning options in the area and excursion around the island and to the neighbouring ones. The views from our veranda were of the most beautiful ones as we drove around the island visiting g different spots daily. However the driving in and out the facility is challenging and you must have a car even to go to the closest beach if you stay here. BZH creperie was the best one to dine. The food the service the ambiance so worth it. And so reasonably priced. We had a fantastic time, however there were places if we knew closer to the sea and to the night life . Simpson Bay or Maho village would the best spots to stay on island. "
