Had a great stay, stayed for 5 nights and it was super easy to get around and the hotel is very clean. The pool is very pretty and enjoyable. Rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is excellent. The staff are friendly and always want to help out.

Better than I thought. Staff are friendly. Great options in the buffet but repetitive. Would appreciate more plant based options for the hot foods like vegetable broth soup/ noodles. Great location to get around - convenient. Close to Orchard Station and you can take the pathways from across the street to MRT.

Overall good. There was only 1 chair that came with the coffee table. So when we got some snacks we had to either eat on the bed or sit on the floor. The light switches were a little confusing as the labelling was not clear. Took a while to figure out

Decent stay, good location
I've stayed a Pullman hotels in Bangkok and Phuket, i would say my stay at Pullman Singapore didn't quite live up to my expectations. Not that anything was bad, although the breakfast were much better with more variety in Thailand.

For a hotel with five stars, the breakfast was below average. In order to interact with guests, the chefs working the morning buffet line lack manners and decency. That has to change. The bathroom floor, including the sink and toilet bowl, is always wet when I take a shower.

Enjoyable stay but room service inadequate
Nicely renovated hotel with a popular bar/ lounge. Breakfast was sufficient but could be better. I really liked the long breakfast hours 630-1100am. The pool was lovely. We stayed for four nights and not once did room service replenish the toiletries or tea bags / coffee pods, also I lost something which I kept in the bathrobe pockets as the staff replaced it with a new bathrobe without checking pocket content first.

Domt like the location of gym room and swim pool. When you go to gym room or swim pool you have you walk through the bar at 4th floor. it's really make me feel uncomfortable after using those facilities and then walk through bar and then back to lift lobby.

A portion of the hotel is under construction. But, it didn't bother me nor did it cause any disturbance during my stay. Stayed for 4 days. My room was recently renovated. Great location. Breakfast was good too.
