Great views from the apartment and it was well furnished with appliances and everything else you need for a comfortable stay. Internet is fast with a fibre connection in the room. Would love to see the room have a bit of an update to make it look even more modern. Reception staff were SUPER pleasant and helpful, they always have a smile on their face! I had a really enjoyable stay at Parkroyal and would definitely return again. :)

Very good experience , this property is an apartment hotel, it is very confortable specially if you are traveling with kids . Yo be perfect it just need to have hot water , I didn’t like the fact that the hot water was not available all the time and for me that is a deal breaker because I cannot stand the cold water. I JAL k fix it and they says that the water hitter was too liter and the hot water runs away a very quickly , which I think is not aceptable at all.

Exceptional stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Parkroyal Serviced Suites. The location was perfect and close to many interesting places and plenty of restaurant choice. The staff were so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble! Wendy on reception was really lovely and greeted me at a 4am check in with a smile and good conversation and everyday by name She, as well as other staff offer an exceptional service. It was a truly personal experience and we were made to feel comfortable and at home.

2 bedroom stay for 8 nights
This is my second stay and I have extended my stay for 2 more nights. The place is good and full of amenities, but the silicon and shower need maintainc3. Silicon has mold and the shower curtain as well. The toilet seat has Un removal spots. Shower head opened on me twice. They have new waxhine machine now. The 2 bedroom is smaller than the last time

Five stars to the staff! Location for us is perfect, as we do not like the hype nor the crowds of Orchard Road. Convenience of the Bugis MRT, which took us everywhere we want to go is brilliant. Just a mention on the apartment itself, the bathroom could be maintained better. Mildew around the bath tub is unsightly, but we didn’t want anyone working on it once we have checked in. Shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap should be replaced after a week’s stay and were not. The door to the master bedroom creaks and opens when one leaves the apartment through the front door early, and wakes up the spouse still sleeping. However, all were forgiven because of the staff being so friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good but access to pool difficult and lobby/lift very small. Reception girls were very helpful. Have to get luggage up 2 sets of stairs.

Superb business stay.
Perfect long business stay. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Location and views are perfect. Pool is of a very good size, gym also big and clean. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Fabulous location, fantastic staff
Could not recommend this hotel enough! It was fabulous- staff were very helpful and nothing was a bother for them. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Location is spot on, it is not bang in the centre but far enough to enjoy a relaxing break whilst immersed in the diversity of Singapore! It's across the road from Haji Lane👍All the attractions are within walking distance or a quick and cheap MRT journey! Wonderful spa treatments too; Well done Park Royal you made our holiday a fabulous one....

Centrally located.
Dilla, Aishah, Zainon, Ana, the houseman / bell person (can't recall his name) and Norsiah are assets to your establishment! The above-mentioned stuff members are very professional, respectful, helpful and sunny in their dispositions! I was very touched that we were sent to our room immediately by Dilla when my daughter was very sick upon arrival - it was a long 17 hours direct flight. She literally threw up as we walked into the lobby. When my husband decided to move into a bigger room and Aishah assisted us immediately. We really felt as if we live in Singapore while staying with you - it was hard to leave and to bid you farewell too. Thank you very much for that pleasant experience! Your ever-smiling faces will linger in our hearts always.

Perfect place to stay if your wanting to access most things in Singapore. Walking distance to many shopping centres and the MRT and buses will take you to other places that you can’t walk to

Glad we stayed here.
I booked 7 nights, in a twin bed apartment for my 11 yr old granddaughter & I. We arrived at 7.30am, wanted to have a shower at the gym & a swim then leave our bags until check in time. Instead we waited 10mins for the staff to find us another apartment that met our needs & headed off to our apartment, which was great & we did appreciate it. The apartment had a large master bedroom & a small one with a single bed & built in wardrobe- perfect for a child. The shared bathroom was fine. The kitchen area was excellent & it was great having a washing machine. My only comment would be not everyone comes from a country where washer / dryer combos are the norm so an instruction on how to use it would have been helpful as it was intuitive - we couldn't get the dryer bit to work at all so hung our clothes in the bathroom. There was a welcome basket with biscuits, coffee, tea & some nuts, which was very nice. The pool is shared with the ParkRoyal hotel, Pan Pacific hotel & apartments so quite a few people there but it was a large, very nice pool. A few more chairs or loungers would have been nice. The staff were very helpful. It was great having the hotel phone to take around, excellent for buying discounted attractions tickets & google maps when checking where to go. Arab St area is right across the road so easy to get great meals. The call to praye at the mosque, at 5.38am, did wake me up,but I was in Asia so enjoyed hearing it then went back to sleep. I will stay here again.

Unfortunately the information on bed configurations on Hotels.com website was incorrect, so arrived to find that the two single beds option wasn't something the hotel even offered!! Hotel staff managed to find a mattress, so we (my sister and I) didn't have to choose straws on who got the sofa....

The Parkroyal Serviced Suites
The Parkroyal Serviced Suites was the perfect hotel for our family. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and kitchen with everything you could need. There was heaps of space and airconditioners in every room. The pool and gym were really good. We went to the F1 grand prix and this hotel was walking distance to gate 1 which made it so easy to get to and from. It was also near 2 MRT stations and lots of eating places nearby, either in the Arab Quarters, Bugis St and along Beach Rd. The staff at the apartments/ hotel were very friendly and helpful. Aishah was very helpful and even booked our day trip to Legoland (which was a long day, but very worth it!) All of the staff were always there to help. We found a supermarket across the road, down Haji lane at the end the lane. It was a red and yellow building and great to get all supplies including breakfast as it was hard to find places to eat out for breakfast. Overall great hotel and location, we would definately stay there again.

It was a very pleasant stay..I was staying with my mom for a week and we have been uprgraded so I had a small other room for me..very convenient.. The staff was really friendly and smiling people as well at the reception than the concierges....The swimming pool area very pleasant to stay...and you can wait if your plane is at night time.Excellent massages.
