Beautiful property. Our 1st room had a terrible smell but after two complaints, they were able to place us in a better room. Eat locally because the food at their restaurant is really expensive.

I really hate to give this review because I had such high hopes for this resort. The check in process was not good. We waiting over 45 minutes for our room and we got there after 4 pm. Our room flooded and we had to call and complain over 3 times for them to actually move us. I probably will not stay there again. This hotel has great potential maybe work on the check in process and work on the structure where the downstairs rooms will not get flooded.

My husband and I loved absolutely everything about The Morgan. From checking in to checking out, amazing experience. Loved the staff very attentive and willing to help. If we trabel to Sint Marteen again, we will definitely stay at The Morgan. Fantastic environment. Entertainment gets an A :)

I stayed at the Morgan Resort during my birthday trip to St. Marteen. The resort is beautiful, and the service was awesome. The resort staff was very attentive and helpful to all of my needs. The food is excellent (although a little expensive). The drinks were very good and they weren't stingy with the alcohol. The resort is located directly next to Maho Bay Beach (airport beach) and very close to the airport. When I return to St. Marteen, I will definitely stay at The Morgan again.

Having to wait all day for my room was terrible and then get a room that was not ocea view when clearly my reservation said ocean view. Manager that i spoke with about the situation was terrible After our room change everything went well from there Ben and Omar hospitality was above and beyond thank you guys for welcoming us in your home.

A great resort. The beach is a walk away. The staff was awesome and friendly. I would come back here again.

We booked 8 night stay with you hotel…we reserved the penthouse suite option and we were a bit disappointed…service was well below par…staff except for a few were dismissive…the only day where the pool service was above and beyond and being acknowledged as a guest was the day you filming the show, “Below Deck”…so we ended up going to St Barths for 2 nights and 3 days which we can’t wait to go back and we ended up leaving your hotel a day early..

Property has free airport shuttle and only 5 mins away from airport, 5 min walk to markets, restaurants, bars, casino. Staff were excellent and very nice and accommodating. Nice pool area and some form of entertainment each night. The bed was really firm but not unbearable. I would stay again when I return.

I liked the property overall. The grounds were beautiful. The rooms were nice. The staff members Carlos, McKinley and the sweet ladies who cleaned our rooms were the best. They are the reason we stayed! The front desk and concierge needs to revisit training on client service. The manager addressed my concerns through a note left on my room and a molded cheese & fruit tray. FYI equitable treatment amongst all paying guests goes a long way.
The dining on the property is decent, practice patience. I suggest the local restaurants in town. The surrounding bars were decent for drinks only. The views on this property will win you over every time. Simply beautiful.

Stayed at the Morgan Resort for my birthday and it was truly an amazing experience. From the driver Ravi who picked me up at the airport, the young lady who checked me in, the lady who assisted in decorating my room, to the spa staff everyone was very kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend and stay again, the drinks & food was very tasty. I received a relaxation massage and that was immaculate. 10/10

People were “making love” in the hot tub. The concierge can improve, they were not bad but they were almost indifferent. The hotel is nice and the staff were definitely attentive when we made a request of any kind. I would go again (hopefully no one is “making love” in the hot tub this time.)

We stayed here for a couple days before going on a boat trip. Service and overall experience was wonderful! The pool is beautiful & chairs are the best!

Overall, the resort was decent. The beds was too hard and uncomfortable for my likings. Not enough activities but it was quiet and serene. I dod enjoy the spa and food accommodations.

The property was beautiful. Close to a lot of things that are walkable. The staff was my less favorite (front desk only). Asked to receive two services, never got them! Unfriendly & not welcoming, especially male staff.

Staff was excellent. The air conditioning in the room could be better adjusted. Couldn’t get to desired temperature.
