Wifiが遅い以外は快適
2023年11月末～12月頭に掛けて一人で宿泊。 何はともあれヒルトン系列なので施設は綺麗に整っていて快適。朝食も十分豪華。立地も良く、時計塔などの旧市街部分へのアクセスも早い（裏の駐車場を抜けるように移動すると良いです。回り込むとちょっと時間がかかります）。隣に銀行があるのでATMでの現金引き出しも簡単。大きいスーパーまでは少し歩きますが、ホテル出て右手に回り込んだ所に小さな商店がありちょっとした飲み物や軽食を買うのも楽です。 無料とのことでスパも利用しましたが、プールとサウナがあるだけでジャグジーのような温浴設備はありませんでした。日本人的にはちょっと残念ですが海外なのでこれはしょうがない。 チェックアウトの際に清算金額を間違われそうになりました（朝食含むプランなのに朝食代を別途請求されそうになった）が、その旨指摘するときちんと謝罪したうえで正しい金額に直してくれたので、従業員の態度が良いとむしろ好印象。全体的にスタッフの愛想は良かった。 総じて良いホテルですが、何故かWifiのスピードが異常に遅く、1.9Mbps程度しか出ない上によく切断されるので、近所の携帯ショップで新たにSIMカードを購入する必要がありました。その点さえ改善されればパーフェクトでしょう。

Great location for exploring the citadel and old town! Tons of great restaurant option within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We hat a very noisy room next to the elevators and facing the busy street despite having a small child with us. No willingness or efforts taken from reception to give us a more suitable room

Nice location for the hotel, near the main attractions. Easy to park outside. The pool area comes with sauna and steam and is really excellent. The spa pool outside looks like it's never been emptied though. I didn't try the gym. Towels were provided and lockers. The breakfast is in a large room I would compare to the shining. The staff were friendly but the offering looked like it hadnt been changed for months, with most things stale, empty or almost empty. I'd give this breakfast one of the lowest ratings I've experienced and it really let the facility down. Otherwise the room was excellent, big bed, nice size, lacking a fridge. The whole hotel is worth a stay, and if they improved breakfast I'd give it a very good score

A particularly helpful and welcoming staff was an immediate plus. The hotel is located in the lower new town but it is very close to the steps up which one climbs to get to the Old Town in the Citadel. The hotel has a pool.

The location is the best , Sighisoara is an amazing cittadelle! The hotel itself is already overdue for a capital renovation, the water is pouring from beneath the bathtub , many things not functioning in the bathroom etc. This hotel has nothing in common with the “by Hilton” trade mark!! I am staying at many hotels around Europe so I can really appreciate, the staff is amazing they try to compensate by kindness the lack of infrastructure of the old hotel.

This hotel was very close to the historic citadel and provided a very comfortable bed. The hot water was a bit lacking pressure, but overall a good place to stay.

I was not so impressed. Checkin and most staff were really nice. The restaurant staff was not polite. They piped in obscene rap music in the restaurant. When i asked them to change it or turn it down he was really rude and refused. I dont think they understood the offensive words but didnt csre to please the client either. The hotel claimed a pool and spa. The jacuzzi was not useable because it was dirty. The pool not heated and smelled bad. The saunas were good. The breakfast was descent except you had to pay extra for coffee. Location was good except on a main highway so noisy.

Rooms were 84 degrees and stunk og cigarette smoke. Whenwe complained they told ys to leave the door open the the shared patio. We said that didn't feel safe...the young man at the desk said it is fine (whatever that means) A rowdy group checked in and were placed on opposing sides of our room. They partird and smoked cigarettes all night (with the door open it was still 76 degrees in the room). Obviously we didn't get any sleep, we left feeling sick and unsafe. The free breakfast was nice.

the beds were comfortable, it has very good A/C in the room,the room was good size, nice views, nice pool, but you need to make a reservation due to COVID-19. our A/C leaked water one night, and a lot of the carpet was wet, they accommodated us by putting us in a different room. we didnt try to breakfast at the hotel, as we like to eat in town.

AC not functional carpets very dirty, furniture warned out and broken. The entire toom smelled like sewage. Absolutley disgusting. I traveled to 96 countries and stayed in thousands of hotels. This was the absoluye worst experience.

Assez decevant, photos de presentation plus belles que realite, coince entre rue et terrain vague parking. Petit dejeuner peu soigné. La vue sur la ville est là mais cet hotel est quelconque

In die Jahre gekommen.
In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war furchterregend. Unser Standard-Zimmer befand sich im dritten Stock. Diese Zimmer haben alle kein Fenster sondern nur ein Oberlicht im Dach ohne Aussicht. Wohl wegen schlechter Dach-Dämmung ist keine Kühlung des Zimmers mit der Klimaanlage möglich. Nachts konnten wir bei geöffnetem Oberlicht schlafen. Freundliches Personal.

El hotel está justo a las afueras del casco viejo, a 5 min’ máximo caminando, lamentablemente lo que lo separa del centro es una plazoleta llena de carros horrible. El personal de la recepción nada agradable ni servicial. Esta viejo, con las alfombras sucias, muebles viejos… en fin. No es un 4 estrellas. Realmente desepcionante. Alojarnos en ese lugar le quitó el encanto a un pueblo tan lindo como es Sighisoara. Eso si, esta bien equipado con secador, plancha, caja fuerte, neverita vacia de mini bar, desayuno descente.

A little oasis of luxury just next to the beautiful old town of Sighişoara. Due to the heatwave, we had to switch rooms twice but we got a decent room with AC at last. Very helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Hotel elegante a pochi passi dalla cittadella medievale, camera spaziosa e bellissima vista. Unico neo la musica ad alto volume proveniente dalla pizzeria sottostante, fino a tarda notte.

This hotel does not have the Hilton standards. In the room during summer it was 24.5 Celsius degrees and the air conditioner wasn’t working. The room is very small and the added an extra bed so we barely had space to move. The only good thing about the hotel is that is located in the old town close to everything but I wouldn’t come back.

Do not recommend this hotel
The facility is so old and it was not clean(refridgerlator, carpet..) And if you don't stay on 3rd floor which is the highest floor, you cannot open the window freely as other people are right below of your window so they can almost see your room(we stayed at 2nd floor). And as the receptionist was not so professional, we had to wait almost over than 40min standing in front of the reception for check in, he was not able to handle the other customers well but he was the ONLY receptionist there. Considering the price, I will not recommend this venue to my colleagues who will visit Sighisoara. It is not deserve this price.

Great location just a short walk to the walled city. wonderful breakfast and friendly restaurant and bar staff. Standard hotel finishes.

Panoramascheibe zur Dusche u. Frühstück im Mantel
Wer hat sich das ausgedacht: Eine Panoramascheibe von der Dusche zu den Betten hin. Immerhin - es gab eine halbtransparente Schiebetüre, die man - von außen !!! - davorschieben kann. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin hat man uns dann allerdings ein Zimmer höherer Kategorie gegeben, das in Ordnung war. Aber auch das nicht ohne den Hinweis: "Sie haben ja das billigste Zimmer genommen." Mit anderen Worten: Im Standard-Zimmer darf man in einem Hilton-Hotel nichts erwarten. Highlight war das Frühstück: Wurde bei ca. 10°C Außentemperatur nur im Außenbereich serviert. Schade, bei unseren früheren Aufenthalten in diesem Hotel waren wir sehr zufrieden. Dieser war aber wohl unser letztes Mal.
