"Great hotel, big room, great big both room. The pool and SPA are amazing, the only comment here is the opening hours (open very late - 9am) and the fact that kids cannot use the pool at all. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in and check out process was very easy. The amenities available in the lobby were great. Staff was friendly. The location was great for us as we enjoyed early morning walks. The Airport Limosine Bus drops off and picks up right in front which was very convenient. Only issue was beds and pillow were harder than we are used to, but that seemed to be the case in other Japan hotels as well. We had a 2 twin room and it was quite spacious."

"The hotel is on a quiet street in walking distance to all things Shibuya. The scramble crossing and Shibuya station are about 10 mins way on foot. Lots of food, bars, and clubbing options around. The room was well appointed, not a lot of room but certainly roomier than many Japanese hotels. I had a room with a washer/dryer, and kitchenette (microwave, kettle, hot plate). The breakfast was good enough and the staff are superb. "

"Would stay there again. Upside is the great location. It’s in a quiet area in the middle of so many options for shopping, dining, people watching. Also loved the washer-dryer setup. Downside was room was smallish and basic with the queen bed pushed to the wall — that meant there was some bed crawling involved for one of us."

"This is very good value for a tokyo stay , clean , good location ... like almost all Tokyo addresses , not easy to find, but be patient . It is a bit easier if you have a little japanese, but that isnt a barrier. Try and have the address in japanese with you , so you can show it to locals , or the piceman on duty in the police box nearby . It is on the Oedo subway line, so you have to change off the JR line ( Yamanotesen). A strong recommendation is to change trains at JR Yoyogi station , not...
