The room i had, had bed bugs and i had several bites on my legs. They did give me a better room and breakfast each day! New room was clean. The hotel staff spoke very little english and when leaving i asked them to tell the taxi to the futian fast rain and they told him to take me to the port area.
The location is great for the electronics area.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Although the hotel is located in a good area, the rooms etc feel very old. I have stayed here in the past and it was reasonable, but the price is too high for the comfort albeit the location. Staff dont really speak English so its tough to communicate. Id stay in another hotel the next time. Newer and fresher for the money paid.

This hotel has the worst communication, didn’t bother to reply messages sent to them. Even Expedia staff can’t get hold of them with the number & instead Expedia asked me to call them directly with the same number that no one answered.
Few recep staff can hardly speak English. Recep staff, though not rude, are all very unfriendly ... gave me only 1 keycard instead of 2 citing no more left ...
Would be good if hotel train the staff on customer service especially on the basic curteousy of replying messages sent to Hotel via Expedia and also at least answer the phone when Expedia calls ...
The hotel is really nice and just 3 blocks away from the Huaqiangbei plaza. The staff is really nice and helpful so I highly recommend staying there if you plan on visiting Shenzhen.
Great hotel all round. Attentive staff, good breakfast buffet, clean comfortable room, and close to the main shopping street with all the electronics shops. Certainly exceeded my expectations.
My third time staying here. First time was for 4 weeks. I always come back here. More expensive than most hotels in the area but worth the extra money. Really pretty hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. I definitely recommend upgrading to executive, beds are much more comfortable in executive rooms. Good service at front desk in the day time. At night they don’t have anyone English speaking so it’s a bit difficult. Breakfast is decent. Very close to electronics market , walking distance.
Room was not ready even though we arrive some 1 hour after the hotel checkin time. Had booked a non-smoking room but room given had a strong cigarette smell. Would not recommend this hotel.
Awesome stay, stayed at executive floor with mom on our holiday, room was clean, service was great. within 2 min walk to metro station, great mall right next to the hotel with excellent choice of food, will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Shenzhen
Disappointed!
We have been staying in this hotel for 15 years in a row, but since 3 years ago they changed everything. The rooms got smaller and price got higher. We are disappointed.
I book 3 rooms at this hotel, 2 room 2 nights with Expedia and one with hotel.ca . Place location is really good and upscale area. One of the room had a crock roach in its bathroom for 2 days and it was never removed. When I told the front desk about this issuer they didn’t offer me any resolution or show any sympathy. Very bad experience
Good hotel in good busy area, great park just around for walking and running.
Breakfast is good for the price.
Overall, very good choice.
Just gym center is small and spa overprice
Took a front desk manager to oblige an early checkin after one other staff told me the hotel was full and no room was available. Ok to mingle with local patrons but had to live with non smoking room with smell of smoke. Convenient location with many local restaurants (limited Western or European choices) and close to HuaQiang electronic area. Gyms but no sauna room yet. Wifi required constant login in ... irritating.
