"Here’s the good- Room was spotless. Easily the most thoroughly cleaned hotel room I’ve ever been in, and I travel very frequently for work. The restaurant there is great too and the staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very well stocked with soft towels, etc. When I called ahead of time to add on parking, the person at the front desk midday tried to claim that they had no record of my reservation. None. I spelled my name multiple times, gave confirmation info, etc. and pulled up the message that THEY sent me and she said that I wasn’t staying there that night. This created panicked phone calls to Expedia, and then to the hotel. The manager spoke with me and said “I don’t know who told you that but I’ve had your reservation all day… we know that you’re coming”. This whole ordeal was half an hour out of my day that I didn’t need to spend on this as I was traveling for business. I don’t know why the hotel staff isn’t trained on basic front desk procedures…. So that was confusing. All in all, I would consider staying here again. "
