The sister hotel was ok, the housekeeping staff specially Zalal and Tek were very helpful and efficient. They cleaned our room as requested and when above and beyond to help us. "Apartment was perfectly located. We had a corner apartment overlooking Burj Khalifa and fountains. Overall perfect for our short break. The only issue was the communication both prior to us arriving and on arrival. We had no contact number and spent 2 hours in reception area before we could leave cases. Then we were given incorrect contact number to arrange check in. This should be improved. "
