"The staff are exceptional. They speak English well and give very good tips and are very helpful. As for the room, the A/C was quite difficult to understand and even after finally figuring it out, it still wasn't to our liking. There seems to be a missing panel on the shower sliding doors. It was hard taking a shower without getting the floor outside the tub wet. The bed was a bit too "squeeky" for my taste but comfortable nonetheless.
