"Checkin was easy n staff were very accommodating after hotels.com called me the morning of my stay stating my room was unavailable and I would only be able to get a 1 bedroom instead of the 2 bedroom I had booked 4 mo. In advance. When I went to check in the front desk told me that was incorrect and they got me into the 2 bedroom. They were so helpful and told me next time to call them directly for clarification. I would definitely stay here again but unlikely to book through hotels.com."

"The room was very spacious. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Both indoor and outdoor pools are great. Plenty of seating options. Breakfast was wonderful. The only complaint is the knob in the shower wasnt the original so it was hard to get it to cold so my shower was super hot. My boys couldnt use it. I didnt complain because we only stayed 2 nights so they didnt need the shower. Im sure they would have helped or fix it had I addressed it."
