"We can’t say enough good things about this cozy little place. We had the cabin next to the adorable little library. The room was clean and warm when we arrived. Joseph was the person who lives on property and he was wonderful! He helped us get checked in the first night and gave us some pointers for our trip the next day to Sequoia NP. We loved how quiet the property was and enjoyed our morning coffee out walking the resort. We would highly recommend this little cabin nestled in the woods! "

"I liked that the people there running it was really nice! Is a nice getaway for a short stay! What I didn't like about my stay is when they gave my room that I reserved for a reason to someone else all because they didn't want to sleep in the same bed! I reserved 2 queen beds for a reason! I had 3 people in my group and there so called upgrade for me was a bed and a couch and said they would bring us some wine for staying in that upgraded room but never brought it! Then the next day had to move...

"There is nothing like staying inside our national parks, being immersed in them, going to the lodge for breakfast among all the guests getting ready for their hikes that day, cozying up in front of the fireplace in the lodge at night. "Location and service are the best. It's a stones throw away from the entrance to Sequoia Nat'l Park and a full bar is great to return to after a day of hiking. The staff go out of their way to be helpful, and restaurant breakfast and dinner were pretty good! The view over the river from the restaurant was nice. Only complaints were that previous guests left half eaten food in our dresser and a used washcloth that had not been cleaned out before we checked in, and the rooms are a little...
