This property and service are superb. The only improvement I would suggest is that the shower water temperature often varies, with a sudden burst of very HOT water. It would be nice to be able to order room service,too. Thank you for a beautiful visit.

Beautiful grand property. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. (Next to the Premium Outlet mall is a bonus!) We will definitely come back next time we are in Sendai.

Spent two nights at this property with family. Breakfast, BBQ in the garden and coffee & sweets happy hour are very enjoyable. Room is bright and relatively spacious. I wish there was a swimming pool on site. The common spaces were a bit tired.

Excellent service! We did late check-in (midnight) and ask for a tons of information of Sendai(30 mins) in the morning. The breakfast was so good. Wanna come again for lunch and dinner too.

Best room in urban Japan so far!
This hotel was amazing! Five star service at an affordable price. Beautiful grounds and a hotel large enough to get lost in. The rooms are the largest I’ve experienced in Sendai. Somewhat far from the station, but a free shuttle is provided every hour and a half on weekends and holidays. Outside those days you have to take a train and then a refundable taxi which takes about 30 mins total, but gives you the Japanese experience of regular subway travel that everyone should learn while here anyway! Rooms are immaculate, breakfast was amazing. I could even see the Sendai Daikannon (5th largest statue in the world) from my garden view room balcony. I will totally be back!

Thank you for your review about Sendai Royal Park Hotel. Our hotel is surrounded by huge amount of trees and natures. Normally our shuttle bus moving between Sendai station to our hotel in holidays. On weekdays, we rebuild taxi fee for accommodation guests. So, please do not worry about access cost. We can enjoy beautiful view of Izumi Teraoka area from garden side guest rooms. Please chose such rooms when you book. All we are looking forward to you will come back again, and enjoy Sendai Royal Park Hotel.

There are a few of the employees that knew English really well. Which is not very common. However, even when there was a language barrier, there was always a positive, polite, and helpful attitude from the staff.
