"Would not recommend the family with child and elderly to stay at this property. Entrance is too small for placing everyone's shoes and luggages.The stair is too narrow and seems not safe enough for elderly. "We stayed eleven nights for COVID quarantine. They didn’t have any cleaning service or bedding/towel change at all. We requested cleaning tools cuz there was no cleaning gadget at all. Staining only one night may be OK but I don’t recommend for a long stay. There will be no service at all."

"東山動物公園でスポーツの大会があり、2回目の利用です。 部屋のトイレがウォシュレットでないところと、シャワーはありますがお風呂無しなので、お風呂好きな人には近くに温泉もないので 不便かも。 10〜15分歩いたところにコンビニとコープがあります。ホテルからは少し遠いかな。 あとは特に不満なところは無く、スタッフの方も優しいし、布団もふかふかで快適でした。 また利用したいと思います。"

"This is my 10th times visiting Nagoya, I would say the Hotel is one of the best deal I have ever been, not only NGO but maybe the Whole japan (as I am a frequent traveller that visiting different Japan cities per month.) Not a very modern type but great rooms, good facilities, decent location ( like 5-10 mins walk to stations ) but close to 2 most famous Chicken wing restaurants, Kura Sushi, MCD etc, restaurants. Price of a budget/biz hotel, but comfortable bed and big room like a Marriot."
