Small room with minimum facilities. Only provide 1 card for entrance. Limited television channels with no kids entertainment channel. No bed lamp available & only depends on the ceiling light.

Shower in the bathroom was good. Clean bedsheets and towels. Pleasant reception counter staff. Altho it was a non smoking floor/room, we could still smell cigarette smoke.

Good location with nearby amenities. Staff very helpful and friendly. A small drawback during our stay was the leaking from aircord on our last day. However, once reported, they did take action on it.

1st Choice of hotel in Segamat
The hotel environment is modern and comfortable, the room was big enough and the staff was friendly in helping and answering our questions. Overall it was a pleasure to stay in Icon hotel Segamat. Recommended.

Its a comfortable stay...large room,clean and very nice staff at the front desk..however please provide large mirror in the room for guest use rather than using bathroom mirror which is a bit small for makeup purpose..
