"The location was amazingly clean and very plush, very worth the price we paid. The photos are accurate, but clearly taken several years ago as the property has gone through inevitable minor wear and tear. The staff was clear in their instructions, spoke good english, and were able to call us a very affordable taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"The property is very stylish and beautiful. Staff were excellent, helpful and attentive. They are currently in a soft opening phase, so not everything is worked out yet. We were disappoint by getting a differently configured room than what we booked. 1King,1Queen,1Single instead of 3Queen, which makes it unpleasant for 6 of us! The pool had no seating area, in fact there was no seating outside at all. Staff tried their best to remedy. WiFi was not yet available at our villa, more...

"This is a Thai traditional house. One bedroom, bath and kitchen downstairs, two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Close to the main road for easy access to Bangsaray, Jomtien, etc. Our house was right by the community entrance. The security guard was very helpful, opening our driveway gate for us, guiding our vehicles in and out, and contacting staff when needed. In all, and enjoyable stay."

"I liked the villa, but photos did not represent the villa. Thevilla was clean and in a good postion near the night market, however the pictures on the site do not look like villa. If you wanting a villa with luxury furnishings them this is not the place for you. I would have preferred to stay in a 5 star hotel... for the same cost. However the private pool was good."

"walking 5mins to 7-11 and 10 mins to many famous restaurants ! villa has 3 bed rooms with toilet and shower! very spacious and kitchen have many many utensils , cups and glasses ! swim pool was clean …but someone was entry inside in the morning about 8am to clean the pool without notice…a bit offended!"

"Really good acomodation - modern, comfortable, quiet and secure. Only problem is location!! Very far from beach and any shops etc. Not within walking distance so taxis needed or a car rental arrgned then hard to find parking at destination. Complex itself very good but surrounded by acres of derelict sites. No evidence of the water park shown in the ad - must have been a victeim of covid!!"

"Five star prices for one star delivery. For the high price we paid, it offered dismal value. Esp since cleanliness was lacking. 1. High price 2. WiFi never worked 3. Cleanliness was definitely low 4. Location was inconvenient 5. Rude service attitude We were only allowed one key which was silly since there was 7 people. Additional keys are charged at 300 baht. Late check outs are also subject to further charges. Room cleaning was not done daily. Our villa came with 3 bathrooms/4 bedrooms....

"Very easy check in and check out. Very modern design, waste management and grounds services very good. My Unit had BBQ pit. Pool well maintained, good internet service. Beds very comfortable. Nice kitchen and Restrooms."

"Sliding door to pool lock DID NOT work. Told management about it and was supposed to be fixed, but didn’t happen. No safe in room so I was constantly worried about belongings and safety. Pool dirty and had trash floating in it. Had to ask for room to be cleaned, fresh towels, water etc"
