"With had a room with private pool which was lovely. The room was a good size and had a lounge area which was also spacious, as was the patio. The staff were all delightful and always extremely helpful and did try to resolve issues when we pointed them out. Breakfast is a buffet and there was a huge choice which they kept well stocked and refilled quite quickly. The communal pool is lovely but seemed to hardly be used which was great for me. "This small hotel (6 villas altogether) is an absolute dream. The location is great , in a quiet area in front of a nice little beach with views of the opposite island and also with 2 good tavernas at a short drive or walk. The villa we stayed was great size , classic greek style, simple but efficient and well arranged. "I traveled to Patmos with my 2 daughters via ferry. We arrived at 2am, and Nicholas and his son met us there with kind faces and a bottle of water. They drove us the short distance to the studios. During our stay, they were the most accommodating. Our rooms were clean and had everything we could need. I highly recommend!! They are the best. "

"Located close to the sea in Grikos, it is a clean and quiet hotel. Communication was always easy and helpful. Beds were comfortable and small kitchen in the room is good for cooking simple food or a coffee. Airconditon was working well. The main attractions of the island are not in walking distance. You need a car (hotel has a private parking place) but also, there is good bus system and the bus station is 2 min walk to the hotel. Overally, we were happy to stay here and would choose again. "
