Really dark. Needs more lights. Something (elevator I think) made a low drone and shake all the time. Could hear water from pipes too. Maid came to clean adjacent room at 4am! You could hear her move thru every room. You could here the elevators loud ding everytime it landed on a floor. I really should wait to see if they return the deposit. And if the return attempt didn't charge me once again. They had cleaning ladies (no English) doing this. Seemed to be having problems. As you can see I got little sleep here. You dont need these hassles. Spend the extra 5 bucks.

Second time that I’ve stayed here in Santiago. The hotel is clean, centrally located, and a great value for money. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Santiago

The hotel room was very spacious but not one staff member spoke English it wasn’t the best experience you would think someone would be able to speak English and they are always on their phone so getting their attention is challenging but the hotel itself was wonderful and great and their a great restaurant next door

The room was clean, staff were friendly. I had to let the water run for a minute or two in the shower before it was warm but that was a minor issue. Lots of transportation and eating options around. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Santiago

I enjoyed my at the hotel is close to a lot of places to eat and shop, only downside is the Aircon did not go below 19°c so the room stayed warm throughout the stay but it was the summer

This hotel is in a really great area, close to the train and walking distance to major shopping and reasonable dining options. The room was a bit care worn but the wifi was strong, bed comfortable and the room had a smart tv

I stayed at hotel Sommelier Loft for three nights while exploring Santiago. It is situated in a great location and I found it easy walking distance to most attractions in the inner city. The hotel seems quite new, so it is very clean and well organised. My room was a good size and the bathroom was particularly spacious. The staff at the front desk were helpful. The hotel has quite an industrial theme. There is street art style decoration and the pipework is all exposed. I liked the design but there is low level noise that comes from the pipework that is noticeable at night. I thought overall my stay was great and that the hotel was good value.

Very convenient and central. Late comers at night tended to be noisy, but hey, that's life in the big city. I would stay again.

It was good, cozy, I loved the sheets and the pillows. Great customer service, the only thing is that the heater does not reach very well the bathroom, it was a bit cold in the bathroom, but the hot shower worked very well. It was very well worth the money.

La chambre était vraiment très bien. On a adoré ce style un peu bohème. Cela change des chambres classiques standard que l’on trouve partout. Le personnel est très accueillant. Et très serviable. On avait tous ce qu’on avait besoin dans une chambre d’hôtel. On recommandera Sans crainte, cet hôtel.

Quarto amplo, com televisão de tela plana gigante, ar condicionado silencioso, frigobar, mesa de trabalho, cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis, banheiro com chuveiro e ducha excelentes e uma localização muito boa, há um quarteirão do Cerro Santa Lucia e a poucos quarteirões da Plaza de Armas e do Bairro da Recoleta. Vale muito a pena!

Fui taxado em 10 mil pesos pela toalha de piso estar suja, outro casal tbm foi taxado pelos lençóis. Uma pena esta prática, pois só te informam depois do check-out. Fora isso o hotel está muito bem localizado, o quarto é muito bom. Mas aconselho lavar as toalhas por conta própria ou leva-las de casa.

Principalmente lo más notorio y molesto de las habitaciones, es el sonido que proviene de la ventilación o cañerías, ya que estas están expuestas, dificultando así mucho poder conciliar el sueño. Además los cobros de los bebestibles son excesivos en su precio. Punto a favor, su ubicación y limpieza

Excelente custo benefício no centro de Santiago
Localização excelente. Perto de tudo, no centro de Santiago. A cama king é um diferencial muito confortável. O chuveiro é espetacular e com água quente. O tamanho do quarto não é tão grande, mas não chega a ser um problema. O que poderia melhorar são as janelas - uma não fechava totalmente e deixava o quarto um pouco frio. Pedimos pra arrumar, mas não foram.
