Smoking Hotels in Santa Marta

"This is an ice property and I have stayed in this neighborhood before so I knew the issues with the streets being unsavory at times. Close to the beach Room was a decent size. Breakfast was ok but not great. You have to pick from a few choice and none were great for me. I like to pick my own breakfast from the buffet and this way I see in advance what I am getting. "

The building itself is like a tropical hideaway - quiet and lots of plants and water. The rooftop pool is clean and has a great view. We had a problem with the shower drain and they sent someone immediately to fix it, very attentive and the communication before check in was thorough. "

"small family own hotel, in a great location close to the beach and shopping centers, the owner is super nice guy with exceptional customer service. the hotel has 4.7 rate. I think this hotel deserve 5 stars rating. the owner give the best recommendations and look after the guys make you feel right at home. "

"During our short stay, it appeared that this is one of the nicest (and most expensive) places in Palomino. There are a variety of rooms (although the configuration was not really what we had booked) scattered around this nice property. The pool and area around it are nice. The cold shower (no shower head) and bathroom (no light near the sinks) could use improvement. Michelle provided helpful communication in advance. "Please do NOT book this place it’s a fraud I tried to contact them thousand times with not success, their phones are disconnected and I was not able to stay in the place because they weren’t there to do check in. Worst part they are not refunding me, because they are still not answering the phone or email. I repeat it’s a FRAUD. "

"The apartment space and location was great! However I feel communication with property managers was too robotic and too many forms to complete. My biggest issue was that we got an email about 2 days before arrival letting us know that there are no towels!!! I am on vacation, I do not bring towels with me. Plus it seems like there is an added fee for everything. We paid a fee at the building and have no idea what for."
