"3rd floor. No elevator. A/c was old . Cover was hanging off. Shower was small. Had a plastic mat , that was dirty. Had a hard tv with the tv. Receptionist said she was going to fix a/c & tv never did. Also asked to change room to lower floor. Her response was no, because we booked an economy room ..."
